Holiday rentals with a balcony in Ústí nad Labem Region

Maria was communicative and friendly, and the place we stayed was beautiful, with spacious rooms, high ceilings and large windows. The kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans, cutlery, microwave/oven, dishwasher), the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent (and is missed now we're home!) All in all we had a wonderful stay and Id not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Prague!

What an amazing apartment! Located in a very walkable neighborhood, close to tourist spots, but also feels quiet and tucked away. Even being so central, it somehow still has a local vibe. The apartment is well-equipped, spotless, and felt like home. The balcony provided the perfect respite at the end of a long day exploring, and was a great way to start the morning looking out over the courtyard below. The roomy shower (with amenities included) was definitely a plus! Comfortable pillows, smart TV, and plenty of local recommendations. It’s clear a lot of thought went in to making sure guests feel welcome and to help them make the most of their time in Prague. Absolutely recommend!

Eine der besten Air-BnB Unterkünfte, die wir jemals gebucht haben - absolut hochwertig, voll ausgestattet, super Parkmöglichkeit im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus und liebevoll eingerichtet. Lage sehr zentral, binnen weniger Minuten ist man bereits am Marktplatz und die Bahnlinie ist gleich nebenan. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und professionell. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass in der Wohnung Touristenflyer auf verschiedenen Sprachen, sowie Rezeptbücher, als auch Reiseführer zu Verfügung gestellt worden sind. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Traumunterkunft

great place full of style we had a really good time and everything was really nice! one small thing it would be better if there were 2 keys instead of one. other than that everything was perfect!

Great little place to stay that is very central in Prague, easy walk into the centre of town with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. The place itself is nice and clean. It has two bedrooms with massive king size beds and two sofa beds in the corned. it then has a dining room table for a people and a small kitchen with all the appliances you need. Good standing shower, with a small separate toilet. There is no living room, but we made do with sitting on the sofa beds in one of the rooms. The only issue we found was the Irish pub just down the street from the place, they were very loud until around 2am ever night. Other than that, it is a great apartment in a good location.

Our stay at Joseph’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect, the apartment was impeccably clean, and both hosts were very accommodating. We appreciated their quick responses and helpful local tips. We'd love to stay here again

günstige Hütte mit toller Lage und schönen Wanderrouten in der Nähe. Ausstattung reicht für alles aus. Küche ist etwas klein und die Wände sind etwas dünn. Ansonsten super und gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Für größere Gruppen sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Prag und ist, trotz des sehr lebendigen Trubel auf den Straßen, wunderbar ruhig. Genau das Richtige, um nach dem Großstadtleben zu entspannen. Sie ist schön eingerichtet .Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat auch an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Jana war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Also alles rundherum empfehlenswert

My wife and I stayed at Romans apartment for 4 nights and it was amazing. the apartment is so easy to get to and access, close to metro and trams, but extremely ce trolly to walk to most attractions. The apartment is exactly as described and spotless, everything we could have possibly needed was supplied, first aide kits, umbrellas, lint rollers, iron, hairdryer. Romans Place covers everything. Romans communication from booking to check out was exceptional and always made sure everything was going well. The apartment had a great shower, amazing WiFi, and although we didn't use it, even supplied drinks in the fridge for a very small additional fee (beers, wines, water etc. cheaper than the local supermarkets). I would definitely recommend Roman and his apartment to anyone visiting Prague and we would definitely stay again if we return. Thank you Roman for a great stay.

I had a lovely stay in Prague and Milada’s place was wonderful! She greeted me and was very kind and considerate. The apartment is set back from the main streets so felt very peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. It had everything I needed and as a solo traveller I felt very safe. I would love to stay again!
