Villa holiday rentals in Ústí nad Labem Region

After walking in the nature, which has an incredible charm in the Lusatian Mountains, I was a little cold, the apartment was warm and cozy, feeling like home. The house has a beautiful garden. I was pleased with the offer of local Koukol soaps and jams. The place is close to the historic center and nature.

We felt very comfortable with Martin. The villa and garden are beautiful and the apartment itself is very well equipped. The house sits just above in an idyllic town. The center and supermarket are within easy walking distance. We particularly liked that it is less touristy there and yet everything you want as a vacationer is available. The location is great for hiking in Bohemian Switzerland. Many highlights can be reached in less than 30 minutes. A hiking trail even leads directly past the house. Saxon Switzerland can also be easily reached. Martin is very friendly and welcomed us personally. He gave us tips for the region and answered all of our questions. A clear recommendation.

The house is identical as shown in the photos and it is a nice, quiet location in the fall. The staff is friendly at the reception and answers all questions. The accommodation was clean as we are also used to from the previous accommodations. Gladly come back.

It was enough space for our large family. The area is fantastic in winter. The woman who welcomed us was very friendly and nice. We had a very nice time in Kovalska. We would gladly come back.

We were a group of 11 friends, who travelled over a weekend from Berlin. It was easily accessible from Berlin with a car, being located very close to the German border. There is also a shopping place nearby. The holiday home offered ample bedspaces and is as described. The kitchen is well equipped and the backyard also is a great addition. The sauna, table tennis and pool table offers great activities to relax and have some joyous times with friends. The area is very private and has some beautiful walking trails. Overall, we would gladly recommend the holiday home to anyone looking for a similar experience.

The place was exactly what we needed - a relaxing place for a family with three children. The host was active in communication, everything was ready, nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay.

Great villa to visit. Very close to airport and not too far from central

There were 9 of us in the accommodation. The house is great and offers everything you need. 3 different grills are available (smoker, Weber and open grill bowl). Multiple showers and toilets make it much easier when traveling with a large group. The house has several rooms with 3 or 2 beds. The view of the canal is awesome. I highly recommend booking the place along with the bar. The bar is awesome. Plenty of space, music system, projector, TV, stage, light music and a beer tap are provided. This takes barbecuing in the evening and partying together to a new level:) Right in front of the house there is plenty of free parking available for easily 7-10 cars. Nearby (max 5-10 minutes by car) there are many. Grocery shopping from well-known supermarkets. Michal is a friendly, helpful and a great host. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. The quiet and undisturbed location is very nice. Behind the house is the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as a beer garden with playground in summer. Highly recommended for families.

We had a really pleasant stay at Marie's place. The super neat and tastefully decorated flat has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Marie and her family are super welcoming and everything worked out very smoothly with the check-in and out. Thank you :)) To extraordinary Saxon Switzerland is an hour's ride, while you can go for a full day visit to Prag with about a 1.5-hour drive.

It has been our 3rd time in the villa, this time upstairs, in room 5. As always, everything is beautiful, clean and practical in the room, there is plenty of space to store everything. Ms. Alena Bernhardt is the "good soul" of the house; she keeps everything in order daily, is very polite and attentive. Thank you and best regards :-) We have recovered wonderfully again. The garden offers fruit trees, just the plums and pears are ripened... The internet / wifi worked out very well throughout. The new kitchen in the basement looks great, with full occupancy, a second fridge might be quite good.

The house itself is an old beautiful castle like surrounded by lots of grass and space for my friend’s dog to run through and play. The room was very bright with lots of air and it was all very clean and inviting :) The people working there were very kind , helpful and smiling. We felt very comfortable and could recharge well 🌷

We had a great time at Gabriela’s. The old villa and the surroundings are picturesque, the room and the kitchen are very comfortable and she was very caring by providing the fire at the fireplace at the end of every cold day I spent hiking with my two sons. Recommend to anyone.

We were here in the villa for the 2nd summer, this time in room 4, with balcony and fridge. We really enjoyed this luxury. Most of the time we had the villa to ourselves, when other guests come with many/ small children, it is of course noisy and until late at night. From Chomutov we did a lot outside, but also in Chomutov it is beautiful. We'll be back.

Nigel makes a true , FULL English breakfast , definitely dont miss out on that His house sits on a huge compound with a lovely garden , parking spaces , swimming pool that will calm any stressed out traveler . Bed is very comfortable and the toilet is new , clean and has two sinks
