Prague 2 Vinohrady is a great area to stay in. The ambiance, the neighborhood, the people, the food, the parks, it makes a place! Very close to the city center (25min walks through the park and 5 by tram) it has that very special feel to it, this is the real Prague for me! A mix of hip, green, authenticity and beauty. Moreover the flat is great, modern and cozy ;) We wish we could live there ourselves! But we keep it for you guys; couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy!

If you are traveling by yourself then this apartment is just what you’re looking for. It is a compact, yet comfy, bright one-bedroom apartment with wooden furniture and a French window. The apartment has a storage unit, a big TV on the wall, and a fully equipped kitchen. (The kitchen is shared with 3 other apartments). The design of the bathroom is minimalistic but underlined with warm colors and large tiles. You can also spend time on the balcony which is a part of the shared spaces.

Buses (2 min) take you to Bohemian Switzerland or Tisá Walls. We provide storage for bikes/strollers; hypermarkets and supermarkets are within 5 min. Parking by the house (paid) or 2 min free. 120 years old secession vila. Full of antiques and tales. Out of city rush. Regular cleaning and disinfection. Private sauna in the house. Close to Děčín, Sněžník, Tiske stěny, Hřensko. You can have a coffee in our tower:)! You can use a garden with trampoline as well. Excellent pub nearby:) Open water swimming pool 100m far. Fireplace in the livingroom. Barbecue set in the garden. This modern studio is situated in Karlin, one of the most popular Prague quarters, great for experiencing the local culture. Quiet central neighborhood, from one side surrounded by river and park and from the other side by historical city center. Plenty of local bars and restaurants, coffees, shops, supermarkets are just behind the corner. Riverside with a bike path (and rental) few minutes from here.
