Cabin holiday rentals in Utica

Very clean house and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the amenities and making fires. Our dog loved running around the property and we enjoyed being close to town for grocery shopping, cafe access, and hiking trails nearby.

This was an amazing stay. It was me and my girlfriend’s 2 year anniversary and we wanted to stay somewhere that was great for a staycation. This place was so cool. It was in a nice private location and it was extremely cozy throughout our entire trip. It’s perfect for two people, maybe a little cramped with 3, and definitely cramped with 4. It has that country water smell and the countryside sounds but it was all part of an amazing experience. No blueberry scones for us though, but overall 10/10 experience. Thank you 👍

The hosts were very responsive with my questions. This cabin was very clean, new structure, beautiful nature views. We rented for a night to celebrate a chill birthday, the game room was a blast! The hot tub was divine. The air conditioning was a lifesaver!!! The kitchen was a dream to cook dinner and breakfast in! We live local and hope to book again soon to escape reality!! Update: we booked (the day of checkout) for Christmas time with our entire family! Cant wait!!!

The cabin was perfect. Well maintained and great location. Access was easy and has everything we needed. Loved sitting by the firepit and in the jacuzzi. Access down to the river was great and the landscape beautiful. Close to Old Forge and many hiking trails. Pictures don't do it justice.

This was our first time having an Airbnb experience we went to this cabin for my son’s 16th birthday for a snowmobile trip unfortunately, we were stuck in a terrible snowman which made it impossible. The snowmobile as we received 2 feet of snow overnight. Marlo and Steve were excellent in helping us and even tried to break a trail so that we could get a little riding in that did not work out to no fault of their own. There was just too much snow, but we surely did appreciate them trying to make our experience as enjoyable as possible just poor timing. Cabin was beautiful and location was great.

It was such a beautiful place to celebrate with our friend’s 30th birthday! Very clean and the Jacuzzi was great! The guys enjoy the pool table they had! Defiantly recommend anyone to stay there for a get away.

We just left and I’m ready to book again! This cabin was extremely secluded and peaceful. Host was helpful and friendly. The pictures and description matched exactly what you get, except that it’s even more beautiful in person. Truly a hidden treasure and will now be my go-to spot to stay in NY. I was super sad to have to leave, but I’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was nice and clean. The cabin was a private and peaceful location. The use of kayaks and a paddleboard were a huge bonus. I wish there were a couple more paddleboards there to use for our group.

We really enjoyed our stay at Todd’s place! It has a rustic feel and offered everything that is promised in the listing. Todd was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience and was quick to respond to any calls or texts. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a visit to the lake Oneida area.

This is a beautiful property to stay with my pups when I visit my family in Central NY. So thankful for the fenced in yard, and my niece and nephew love to visit to enjoy the pond and long walks around the grounds.

We were biking on the Empire State Trail, so this location could not have been more perfect! Chris was easy to reach and made our stay smooth and enjoyable!

We stayed at Courtney’s cabin with our daughter husband and 2 grand kids who loved the bunk beds and skipping rocks on the pond awesome open space for everyone! Courtney was quick to respond with my questions Cabin Is close to shopping restaurants and if winter ski resorts we had to add our dogs to reservation at last minute Courtney was very accommodating. We stayed in upper loft so much space . Will stay again if Courtney’s cabin is available! Felt so at home . Walmart delivered groceries such huge bonus !! Thank you for a wonderful stay highly recommend

I cannot say enough about Camp Greenwood! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was cozy and the perfect private getaway! We enjoyed campfires and played the board games that were provided at the cabin. I 1000% recommend!

This was such an amazing place. Peaceful! The lake was amazing. You are renting from a rental company, so they have you sign a separate agreement and ask for another deposit that wasn’t in the description. Super clear instructions and easy peasy. They send you an App with instructions and all sorts of other information. I grew up in the area and was coming back to be with family. I felt right at home. Would absolutely love to stay here again, and for much longer! Don’t sleep on going down by the lake! Pretty good fishing. And fun swimming right from the dock.

I planned a bachelorette weekend for my friend and fellow bridesmaids. The cabin and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. We went to a local winery and enjoyed the coziness of the cabin. Would highly recommend!

This place was great. Secluded, peaceful, beautiful. If you are looking to get away where it is quiet and scenic, this is the place. The road to the cabin is a great walk too. I walked the dog nearly every day along the road for a couple of miles. You cannot go wrong staying here.
