Cottage: The Veranda of Amerongen

Our beautiful vacation home is located in the old village near Amerongen Castle. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists and mountain bikers! It is a detached cottage, in the style of the tobacco barns from the area, with a private entrance, lovely bed, kitchen, luxurious NEW bathroom with rain shower and cozy veranda (with wood stove!) and views of the greenery of our backyard. Unique Stay in the Countryside!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from the old days. It is in the back of our yard, has views over the meadows, the forest and the dike. In the summer, the cows graze from the adjacent farm in the meadow, the ducks and meats swim in the ditch. You will regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cake, the kievit or the owl, you will experience nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

In the middle of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug is the cottage in our spacious backyard. You sit completely private and have your own parking space. Layout: Downstairs: kitchen, fully equipped, including dishwasher/microwave, living room with smart TV, bedroom (double bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: Bedroom (1 single bed) Outdoor space for bicycles. Free WIFI The area offers many possibilities for cycling, hiking, shopping and visiting museums. Doorn city center is 1 km away.

Cozy and authentic, this monumental building knows no bounds. The building was built in 1850, has been completely restored and, in addition to the four guest rooms, has a cozy spacious living room with fireplace and two bedsteads. Hier kom je tot rust in de fauteuil voor het raam, uitkijkend op de (winter)groene tuin met vogeltjes en eekhoorns. Openslaande deuren naar de houten vlonder met veranda. Dit gebied is geliefd voor de mkb trail, fiets- en wandelroutes. Het dichtstbijzijnde dorpje is het pittoreske Amerongen.

Petitville is a holiday home in the middle of the wooded village of Austerlitz on Utrechtse Heuvelrug. The house is part of a larger property. The current owners, Huub Pragt and Joke Kleijweg, have converted and renovated this building into three independent homes. The middle house of this is Petitville. Relax in this peaceful, stylish space.
