Beautiful bungalow with 1800m2 for peace seekers

This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

Welkom in ons geweldige persoonlijke vakantiehuis vlakbij het Henschotermeer. Het ligt in het bos in een zeer groen vakantiepark. Onze tuin is groot (1000m2) en heeft veel privacy. En grote vijver! (Niet omheind.) Dit is de perfecte plek om te zwemmen, fietsen, vogelen en wandelen in de Utrechtse bossen. Er zijn verschillende MTB paden rond het huis (vergunning kopen is verplicht). Er is geen TV. We zijn ingericht op en verhuren aan stellen of gezinnen. Niet 3 of 4 volwassenen of studenten.

Cozy barn

Our newly renovated, spacious barn is available! Situated at the end of a quiet, dead-end street and overlooking a mixed landscape of trees and meadows, we offer a welcoming place to unwind. The barn (over 150 m2) with its rustic farmhouse interior, fosters a cozy, pleasant, atmosphere. The barn is equipped with heated concrete floors, a full kitchen, wood-burning stove, comfortable seating, and TV. The bedrooms and plumbing are upstairs. There are two double beds and two single movable beds.

In the middle of nature, 10 minutes from Utrecht, a lovely quiet forest house of over 80m2 with a garden of 1100m2. You will stay here in complete privacy but a few minutes bike ride from the village. 100 meters away is the Henschotermeer, a large forest lake where you can swim and recreate. The house is bright, spacious with open kitchen and 2 bedrooms. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, there is a separate toilet in the hallway. Ideal for a week of rest, vacation or a longer stay.

Hier stap je letterlijk het bos in, laat je de drukte achter je, en voel je hoe simpel geluk kan zijn – of je nu met je gezin komt, met z’n tweeën of even alleen. Het is een plek om écht te genieten van wat er toe doet: natuur, rust en tijd samen. En voor de kids is er een verwarmd binnenzwembad op het park.

Wakker worden met vogelgezang, koffie drinken op de veranda terwijl eekhoorns spelen in de bomen: hier kom je tot rust. Deze knusse cabin is eenvoudig maar comfortabel, midden in het groen en op 20 minuten lopen van het Henschotermeer. Als mijn gast krijg je 2 toegangspassen om er onbeperkt van te genieten. Let op: bij het bedrag komt nog 4 euro per persoon per nacht toeristenbelasting (bij de receptie te betalen), beddengoed en handdoeken neem je zelf mee.

Luxe natuurverblijf met privé wellness – een weekend écht weg 🌿 Bij Grounded Roots kom je tot rust midden in de natuur. Dit exclusieve verblijf is alleen voor jullie, met alle ruimte om te ontspannen, samen te zijn en op te laden. Ontspan het gehele jaar in de sauna en koel af in het ijsbad. Van mei t/m september is ook het zwembad geopend. Je vindt ons op de Utrechtse Heuvelrug, aan het Henschotermeer. We zijn geopend sinds juli 2024.

Een heerlijk boshuis middenin de natuur. Je hebt >80m2 met een tuin van 800m2 volledig tot je beschikking. Ideaal als je van het bos houdt! Er is een prachtig (betaald) zwemmeer met een strand op 100 meter afstand. Het boshuis staat op een park op de Utrechtse Heuvelrug en mag een beperkt aantal weken verhuurd worden om de rust op dit park te bewaren.

Next to the vacation park is the Henschotermeer. Great for swimming, lounging and hiking. In the peak season, a recreation team is available.
