Family home in the woods, 20 min from Utrecht

Heerlijk huis, aan het bos van de Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Je loopt zo het bos in vanaf de veranda. Het is huis ligt aan een doodlopende weg, dus geen verkeer. Het is een hele rustige buurt, met vriendelijke mensen, waar de kinderen buiten op straat, op de hei of in het bos spelen. De tuin is gezamenlijk, open, geen hekjes. Rondom ons huis zit je lekker prive, zeker vanaf de veranda. Je hoort de vogels fijn zingen. We hebben 2 poezen die eten willen. Ze kunnen zelf naar buiten via het kattenluik.

Unique Overnight In The Countryside!

The cottage has a unique atmosphere, created with materials from the old days. It is in the back of our yard, has views over the meadows, the forest and the dike. In the summer, the cows graze from the adjacent farm in the meadow, the ducks and meats swim in the ditch. You will regularly see a stork or a deer! With the sound of the cake, the kievit or the owl, you will experience nature very close! From the conservatory or from the large garden, you can see the sun rise in the morning.

I rent this (private) home during my own holidays and is ideally suited for a couple or family with up to 2 children. Especially if you are looking for peace and greenery, you will like this house. The property is 10km from Utrecht and 50km of Amsterdam. Both cities can be reached easily and quickly by public transportation. Please note: although you have the entire place to yourself, there is a sweet cat who must be fed and cited from time to time.
