We had a good and warm stay that genuinely felt homely. It’s a great option for travelers, especially with the availability of home-cooked food and efficient chai, coffee services. Essential amenities like laundry, Wi-Fi & AC were all up to the mark, ensuring comfort. The overall cleanliness and positive vibe were noticeable. We appreciated Ranjana ji’s helpfulness (various small enquiries) which made things much easier. This place also works well for a staycation, as it provides all necessary amenities. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean with all amenities. Stayed for almost a week at Matli Airbnb place. Ashok the host, his wife & Mummyji treated me not as a customer but as a part of their family member. The food, all 3 meals during a day was so Yummy & homely. The service was very quick & efficient. It was really a home away from home, will highly recommend to stay at this place

It was a beautiful apartment located centrally right opposite Doma's Inn. Has amazing views of the valley from the balcony and the windows. Very dedicated and friendly staff who were eager to help with any requests we had. The breakfast was also a nice added bonus! Would love to stay here again! ❤️

Lovely little cottage in a quaint little corner of Dehradun. Tastefully set and beautifully maintained. The caretakers Rashmi and Vimal are super helpful, proactive and quick at helping you sort stuff- whether it’s food or taxis. Would love to visit again. Thanks :-)

We were looking for a pet friendly place with a big expanse in Bhimtal when we came across this place. Our Simba loved the huge lawns as he doesn’t get a lot of space to play in our apartment. The staff was sweet enough to put a pack of treats for him in the welcome basket and ensured that he had a good time. On a personal level, I’m glad that pet friendly spaces such as this are coming up. The attention to detail was on point throughout. I am sure Simba is as excited as us to stay here again!

Abhimanyu is a great host, proactive and always ready to help. His place is just like the photograph. The location is nice. It's near Rajpur road, the most happening place in Dehradun with all major restaurants, shopping mall. Robbers Cave is 20 mnts drive from the place. View from the master bedroom and the roof is fascinating. Overall very good experience.

Stayed here for a week in second half of April 2025. Although it's a rather dense locality, the place itself is located at a cul de sac of a small enclave. The place was cooler than I had expected, possibly due to the presence of several large old litchi trees, laden with fruits that provided a very good green cover and really enhanced the ambience. There was a wheat field behind the house, hidden away, with a ready to harvest standing crop. Col Thapa was a thorough gentleman and an empathetic host. On a side note, I was curious about the drums suspended from the litchi trees, but forgot to ask about it.

The Minivet Perch is a hidden gem! I don’t know why it is still not popular on airbnb and why doesn’t anyone know about this place and this property!! I loved everything about this place from the peaceful forest view to the cozy room with a private kitchen and and just in awe with my terrace view. As a female traveler, I felt super safe and completely at home here. I did the waterfall hike, went on a jungle safari in Sonanadi, and even joined a village tour, it was all amazing. The host is really kind and helpful, and the whole place has such a calm, healing vibe. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nature, peace, and a real break. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💚 Thank you Shivank for everything.

Recently stayed at Aloha on the Ganges – absolutely loved the beautiful view from the room. The property is well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

The Homestay was very spacious, beautiful, secure with full privacy. I stayed for three days with my family and felt at home. The host is very responsive, friendly and cooperative. A gentleman who makes us homely feeling. It was located in a less crowded area with beautiful view and shops are available in the ground and road. Will recommend to anyone seeking peaceful and privacy staying.

Was really satisfied, the common area is huge, good to host. Aditya was really helpful and the staff was very friendly too. Had some off the beat requests and still they accommodated perfectly. Its nice to be hosted by good people.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room is in a very interesting neighbourhood, right at the heart of everything. It makes you feel like you’re part of the city, not just visiting. The space is comfortable, with good natural light and a lovely view from the terrace. It was a peaceful spot to return to after a day of exploring. Would happily stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property, a great place to book for a quiet gateway. I liked the clear instructions on the check-in process and how clean and organized the apt was. I only have one suggestion for Ajay to keep the information you provide for the guest short and informative, too much text and too many messages get people overwhelmed.
