Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Uusimaa

The condo was lovely. We truly loved our stay. It was a perfect home away from home for my family and two young kids (a 3 year old and 0 year old). The location was great. Everything was beautiful. It was sparkly clean. The owner was hospitable and timely responded to all inquiries. The condo was conveniently located just 80 minutes from Helsinki and was near the sea, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The listing indicated it had 4 bedrooms. Only three bedrooms were accessible to us, which was perfectly fine as there was plenty of room and we loved our stay. A handicap friendly elevator was offered, if needed (which we utilized for toting the heavy bags with lots of kids' stuff up to the third floor). The house had two full bathrooms and was equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna. Everything about the apartment was charming, immaculate, cozy, stylish, and just perfect. At the time we made the reservation, we inquired about our need for a crib or pack n play for our baby. The owner promptly responded that a pack n play would be provided. Not only was there a pack n play set up when we arrived, there was also a high chair set up at the dining room table. We appreciated the thoughtful and sweet gesture. Having the special items at the condo made traveling with a baby comfortable and easy. The owner was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we checked in, the owner reached out to us to make sure everything was great and assured us we could contact him with any questions/concerns during our stay. The three accessible bedrooms were on the third floor. Two bedrooms were large and had balconies. The third bedroom was smaller and had two skylights. There was a fabulous bathroom on the third floor complete with a shower and a sauna. The second floor had a full and beautiful kitchen with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the condo, a comfy and stylish living area, a long dining room table, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower, and a balcony with seaside views. The bottom floor had our entrance, a foyer, and the stairwell.

Loistava, viihtyisä ja siisti asunto todella keskeisellä paikalla. Kauniisti sisustettu väliaikaiskoti tarjosi erinomaiset puitteet sekä kotoilulle, etätyölle että junalla pendelöintiin. Asema ja useita ravintoloita vain parin minuutin etäisyydellä. Silti rauhallinen ympäristö. Jenny oli mahtava majoittaja, kaikki sovittiin joustavasti ja nopeasti. Lämmin suositus!

Brilliant apartment, in a quiet family friendly location. The local shopping centre and excellent transport connections to Helsinki city centre were very useful. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Toni’s place was an absolute gem. Clean and quiet, with a very comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen had everything (coffee maker, kettle, pots/pans, toaster) you needed and more. The balcony was lovely with numerous plants and herbs. Serene and peaceful for your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Multiple grocery stores only steps away, and a small coffee shop in upper level of the same store area. Lattes and pastries there were so good. Access to the building was easy. Overall, an amazing 5 day stay at Toni’s place in Helsinki! Thanks again. 😊

Light and airy flat in the heart of Helsinki. Well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and a gorgeous balcony. Highly recommend! If coming in the summer, I recommend you bring an eye mask to help when you sleep!

Juhanis appartment was very clean and had all necessary amenities. The communication with him was very clear and easy, everything important was also written down in the appartment. The place is located close to public transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby.

I spent three months in Helsinki. Due to the great location and luxurious furnishings, I couldn't have imagined a better apartment for this long stay.

Erittäin siisti talo. Väljät tilat isollekin porukalle. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyy. Viestintä sujui esimerkillisesti. Mukava ja joustava majoittaja. Voin suositella ja varsinkin lapsiperheille ihan ykkösvalinta. 🙂👍👍👍

Tämä mökki ylitti odotuksemme. Hyvin varusteltu mökki rauhallisella ja kauniilla sijainnilla. Sopi hyvin perheen majoittumiseen.

Remontoidut tilat ja erittäin hyvä puulämmitteinen sauna. Kaikki mitä voi kuvitella tarvitsevansa löytyi. Ystävällinen vastaanotto. Pidimme paikasta.

We spent two days in this house with three families and we really enjoyed our time there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and you could eat dinner with a larger group at the table in the living room. There are enough toys and activities for children both in the house and outside. The sauna was comfortably large and made it possible to spend time with a group in the front room of the sauna. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable and the whole house was clean in every way. The owner was very hospitable and friendly.

Varustelultaan paras Airbnb-asunto, missä olen ikinä ollut! Myös hinta-laatusuhde suhde todella hyvä. Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Iso plussa pikavarausmahdollisuudeesta ja helposta itsepalvelusisäänkirjautumisesta. Teimme varauksen myöhään illalla, kun kaikki hotellit ja hostellit pääkaupunkiseudulta oli loppuunvarattuja. Sami vastasi todella nopeasti, joten kommunikaatiosta myös 5/5. Aamusauna oli ihan paras pitkän työpäivän ja hyvin nukutun yön jälkeen. Suosittelen siis lämpimästi asuntoa!

Tultiin vain yöpymään mutta olo oli kuin lomalla oltais! Tykättiin tosi paljon!

Vietimme ystäväporukalla viikonlopun aurinkoisessa Hangossa. Sää suosi ja majoitus oli viihtyisä. Asunto oli kaunis ja piha kruunasi kaiken. Myös ohjeet olivat selkeät. Kiitos Inna! 😊

Très bon séjour passé chez Marika. Nous recommanderons le logement. La terrasse est vraiment top. Très proche du tram et en 10 min en plein centre de Helsinki. Un Lidl juste à côté pour les courses

Wonderful stay, exactly as described. Great hosts. Lovely balcony. This area is great for kids with plenty of parks and playgrounds nearby. Convenient to cafes, groceries, etc. Hosts provided a playpen, high chair, and had toys in the closet.

Vitali was perfect with me. He's a very kind person who cares about your well-being and wants you to feel good in his apartment and in Finland in general. His apartment is very pleasant, spacious, and easy to live in. The location is great, with shops nearby and the train station about a 7-minute walk away. I did everything on foot; I didn't have a car, and it wasn't a problem. My first experience on Airbnb was a success! Thank you, Vitali.

I can‘t even begin to say how lucky I was to have found this place. First of all, the location is perfect for attending a conference at Messukeskus, and for taking trains out of town to the surrounding national parks. Also there is the central park right next door which is a full-blown forest and a trail runner‘s paradise. Kuu is just a great person, almost too kind to be true. He helped me with everything, even found a bike to rent for me. He is fun to talk to and very well connected to Helsinki‘s food and underground music scene. Every recommendation was a hit! Also, the place could be rented for a higher price in my opinion but he’s keeping it low. I didn‘t intend to come back but now I‘m reconsidering ;)
