This peaceful motel on the beautiful Frio River is perfect to enjoy with family or friends to get away from the stress of everyday life. This cottage is located on a property that also rents out RV sites and other accommodations. Linens and towels may be rented from the office if you don't bring your own. These items are not provided with your stay. The front office (where you will check-in) also sells river necessities, limited grocery items, alcohol, and souvenirs! Contact us for late arrivals

Nicely remodeled new apt! This adorable space has everything you will need from a full kitchen, to a cozy sleeping area, and a private bath, and guest washer/dryer. Relaxation awaits! Minutes from the beautiful flowing rivers in Concan, Tx (Frio River) and the somewhat less populated Nueces River. Uvalde is the hub for hunting, fishing, birding, and floating the river. Come on down for business or pleasure, but you won't want to leave. Great local dining and shopping only minutes away.

This peaceful 2 bedroom space is centrally-located place near downtown Uvalde. Trail to our local park. We are a few blocks away from Garner museum. If you take hwy 83 N 20 miles away is Concan Texas where you can go swimming, tubing as well as hiking. On hwy 55, 17 miles away is another river called Chalk Bluff River Resort.
