River Park Lodge at Utopia River Retreat

One of our off-site properties, River Park Lodge overlooks the Sabinal River just south of Utopia Park Lake. This 4 bed, 2 bath home has a big porch, hot tub and 300 feet of private river frontage. A fully stocked kitchen, nice living area, along with hardwood floors make this house extremely inviting! Linens and towels are provided. 3 rooms have queen beds, and the 4th has two bunks each with full mattresses. There will be a $110 cleaning fee added to your reservation. NO PETS ALLOWED

Deck overlooks the river. 3 minutes from Garner State Park, 12 minutes from both Leakey and Concan. The Space On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a loft, & reading space. Each bedroom has a full and single bed. Bottom floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living space with a couch & spacious dining and kitchen area.

This Hill Country getaway near Sabinal is truly special! Every stick of lumber in Lantana Lodge is a labor of love—hand-crafted by the owner, from the furniture to the guest home itself. Located in the beautiful Hill Country River Region, the Lodge sleeps up to 16 guests and stands as a warm tribute to the couple who lived here and loved the land. That love is reflected in every room, and in the pond and waterfall features, too. Staying here truly feels personal.

Offering a stylish bunkhouse on the beautiful Sabinal River. It is close to the Frio River, Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park.. Surrounded by the famous Twisted Sisters. Watch deer roam the property, enjoy swimming in the river (direct access) or the property pool which is shared with our family and one other cabin. We live right next door on the property (the Bunkhouse is a guesthouse) and will be available to assist you the best we can.

Hunter’s Ridge Cabin #3 can sleep up to 6 people. Equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, dining are, and living room. The two bathrooms have showers. There is a 50" smart TV connected to DIRECTV in the living room and internet access. Has a front porch with great views and additional patio out back. There is plenty of outdoor space for your family to relax, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, enjoy your morning coffee with mountain views.

Frio Bravo Cabin -Great Location -Sleeps 12-14

This Cabin comfortably sleeps 12 to 14 people, but can accommodate 16. It has two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, two bedrooms with two full-size beds in each, and two full-size futons in the living room. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with basic kitchen items, and a washer and dryer. Outside there's a patio with a hot tub, fire pit, charcoal BBQ grill, picnic tables, horseshoes, & volleyball net.
