We warmly welcome you in our villa with pool, pond panorama. We are baby- and dog-friendly. Our villa is located in the area of Őrbottyán, next to the fishing lake! Our air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, two large terraces awaits guests. Our rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The lake can be reached only 5 minutes by walk. The pool is closed from November to March. In autumn and spring, we heat the water to approx. 20-25°C.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

With a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and access to a large, sunny balcony, this 75 sqm upper floor studio flat sleeps 2 or 3 people comfortably with a large double bed and a comfy couch. It has a separate entrance that ensures your privacy. 10 min's walk from the Danube, where you can access the bicycle road along the river, and 3 min's from the train station, where you can access the northern hills of Hungary for great hiking trails, or Budapest downtown, in just 30 mins.

The Villa is mediterran style, located in a nature reserve area. The Fáy Prés House Restaurant is 150 meters from the villa, 3 km from Hungaroring race track. View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. In Szentendre, 15 minutes walk from the center, there is a small garden with a studio house. On the 1st floor of the building there is a separate 40 sq. two-roomed apartment with a private terrace( Please read the houserules). We recommend our place for travelers , tourists, small families who are looking for comfortable accommodation in a place that is relaxing, charming, artistic and beautiful.
