The 1812 wing building has been carefully restored to recreate the feeling of the building period with typical colors, textiles and furniture. 140 sqm are at your disposal. The antique details are combined with modern amenities. There is access to a large garden with outdoor furniture in the courtyard. Bagarstugan

In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Charlottastugan is secluded and offers peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in Lake Yngaren. Here you live spaciously on two floors with a separate guest house with room for two people. Ground floor with newly-renovated kitchen and several amenities such as a dishwasher. Perfect house for the larger group that wants to be close to the sea and be able to enjoy time together in a large garden and nice patio with sun from morning to night. The plot of the house is adjacent to a marina where there is a nice boat ramp to be able to launch your own boat. Rocks and beach swimming nearby. Oxelösund is a fantastic archipelago town with many gems to visit. Good connections with highway only to Oxelösund. 10 minutes by car to Nyköping and only 1 hour to Stockholm.
