Skallelv is located right between Vadsø and Vardø with a rich selection of shops and sights both in and the surrounding areas

Relax with family or friends at this peaceful place on the north side of great Varangerfjord. 30 km from Vadsø and 950 meters from the main road. Road all the way in the summer. The cabin has power while water is from the well. The cabin has an outdoor toilet and a portable toilet. Sauna and barbecue house can be used by agreement. Great area with nature and bird/wildlife, short distance to fishing in the sea or salmon river, bear animals, hunting, ski terrain scooter ride in winter. It is close to the sea Sami museum and historical areas.

The house is spacious and has a big terrace and an indoor sauna, the sea is right across the road and it’s a very short walk to a nice little beach and a pier. Easy access with a big parking. Vadsø is the nearest city with supermarkets/shops, 10min away by car. In Summer you can experience the midnight sun and great northern lights in the winter. The area is famous for bird watching.

Here you can experience the eagles that soar high, the whales in the distance, and reindeer pulling through the landscape. The bird mountains, fishing, cloud and pearl trekking provide unforgettable nature experiences. In addition, there are war memories in the surrounding area, which give a historical touch. A perfect place for the outdoors, photography, and living in harmony with nature.

Lad batteriene på dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet. Koselig hus i landlige omgivelser. Kort vei til skiløype, turløype og kun 2 km til sentrum. Huset ligger på en pen og ryddig hestegård. Jaquzzi følger med i leien. Jaquzzi er tilgjengelig fra Oktober til Mai , om sommeren er jaquzzi stengt av. ( mai- sept) Stedet har 4 sengeplasser, 2 på soverom og 2 på sovesofa i stuen. Huset er på ca 30 kvm. Om sommeren er det gårdscamping på området, fra Mai til September.

Gas fridge and freezer, oven, 40" TV, etc. 12 Volts electrical system, USB chargers. 5 minutes to walk to Vestre Jakobselv which is one of the country's best salmon rivers, 2.4 km from E 75 and 18 km west of Vadsø. 140 km to Kirkenes airport. Car road all the way and good parking by the cabin.

Skallelv is a lovely village for good and peaceful holiday experiences with a central location right between two cities, Vardø and Vadsø which also have bus departures in between and several airports. Rental time will be from 01/04/2025. April and May can be nice months for skiing as the snow can still lie here.
