It is a family home, in a quiet and wonderful location, close to the estuary, the beach and the forest. Single-story, accessible house with large rooms, work area, living room in common with the kitchen/dining room, salamander, patio and barbecue. Ideal for vacation or remote work. Close to Aveiro, but with the tranquility of the countryside and the seaside.

My place is close to the beach, 6.7 km from Praia de Mira and 20 minutes from Aveiro ;) Coimbra is 40 minutes away as well as Porto ;) Lisbon is about 1 hour away ;) very well located in a quiet and secure residence :) private garage, closed and free ;) The apartment can accommodate 4 adults :) with very comfortable beds ;) linen can be provided for me for an additional fee. On site €10 set of sheets and towels p2 surveillance cameras outside
