The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Au pied d'un grand commerce, à proximité des rives de Saône, d'un cinéma et de plusieurs restaurants. Appartement non fumeur (possibilité toutefois de fumer sur la loggia où les stores ne sont actuellement pas mobiles et en position semi-ouverte). Venez vous détendre dans ce logement calme et élégant.

Cozy nest perched / old town / view of Lyon

The countryside in the city. Only a 10-minute walk from the Hotel de Ville, perched on the heights of Vieux-Lyon, our house is a jewel of greenery in the city. A rare and pleasant setting. The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower room. It offers beautiful views of Croix-Rousse Hill. 1 free parking space available. But beware, the most direct access to the city is only by the stairs to St Paul (see photo).

Our 1930s house, in a small private cul-de-sac, is next to Place du Point du Jour, its local shops and public transportation. Allow 15 minutes by bus to reach the heart of Lyon. The duplex, dedicated to guests in our home, has independent access. It offers 2 spacious, bright bedrooms with 2 160 beds; a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; a lounge-library with TV and a fully equipped kitchen.

In a quiet area, my accommodation is close to a bus stop that will take you in 5 minutes to the subway. You'll love my place because of the ambiance, the brightness, and the outdoor view. The apartment is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Free public parking nearby. 15mns walk from the Basilica of Fourvière.
