Aux portes de Poitiers, cette maison offre tout le confort moderne. Elle dispose d’une grande verrière ouvrant sur une belle terrasse arborée avec vue sur un marronnier centenaire. Maison attenante (sans vis-à-vis) à l’habitation des propriétaires. Logement de plain-pied comprenant une pièce de vie : salon avec canapé-lit très confortable, ouvert sur cuisine équipée (four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaque induction…). Une chambre indépendante avec lit et grand placard aménagé.

Small gîte (rated 3***), secluded in the countryside, very cool with its 80-cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people, located in a small, quiet village in the Limousin region. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced-in garden. From October 1 to May 1, a €15/night fee for electric heating is required, payable upon arrival. Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m.; check-out time: before 10:00 a.m. However, we remain flexible regarding these hours. Animals allowed.

Les gites du vieux verger, gîte 2 personnes situé à la gauche de la ferme, avec un porche et une porte d'entrée individuelle. Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 21 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.
