The house is suitable for 4 people, consisting of two double bedrooms, an office, a bathroom with shower, and an equipped kitchen together with the living room. NOTE: At the moment, construction is underway across the street, and there may be some noise from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on working days. The house is well soundproofed.

Other attractions: The Paiva walkways, the bridge 516 Arouca, the Freita Montain and the water fall Fecha da Mizarela. The property is located approximately at 70 Km (43 miles) of the airport of Oporto and 60 Km (37 miles) of the city of Oporto.
