The apartment is equipped with two double beds, a baby bed, a high chair and toys. Perfect for families with children. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults/1 child in a cot Short distance to the city center/ public transport.

A nice walk of 20 min to the city center. 1 double bed. 1 extra mattress can be borrowed to be placed on the floor for an extra guest (3 guests). Bathroom w bath, shower in bath. Entrance to outerwear. NB! No kitchen, but: Private room between hallway and bathroom that is equipped with fridge/freezer, studio stove,microwave, kettle, press for coffee. Cups, water glasses,wine glasses, plates,cutlery, etc.

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Fresh towels, bed sheets and household items are available during your stay.

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Hytta er moderne og bra utstyrt. God plass til 7 gjester. Kort vei til Preikestolen, Lysefjorden og Stavanger. Cozy, downtown apartment

I now rent out my dear home to you who want to stay close to the city center, but in a quiet and cozy environment when you visit Stavanger. It is a very cozy loft apartment (if I may say so myself) with a sunny terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable 120 cm bed, but I note that the apartment has minimal sun protection. As long as there is daylight, it will be bright, but that is also a lot of the charm of the apartment.
