Welcome home! Our apt. is located in a three apt property w/ a shared patio, with all the facilities to make your stay awesome. Details in design and confort, lightning and good equipment. It's 13 blocks away from the shore, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with a variety of grocery stores nearby. There's also the possibility to make use of the grill. Note that we have musician neighbours, who normally finish practicing before 10 pm

It has a semi-covered fifteen to barbecue overlooking the sea. The one behind the house is a deck also overlooking the sea. Equipped all outside with garden furniture such as chairs and tables, sun loungers and hammock.
