The villa was exactly how it looked like in the pictures, which made us very happy! The hosts were friendly and helpful. It was easy to find and the area felt safe. I would reccommend this villa for 6-8 people since the 5th bedroom was underground and I myself would have not wanted to stay in that bedroom. I reccommend having your own car like we did, for driving easily to nearby villages, since the villa is quite far from everything. We liked the area, but there is not much nearby.

Today, as we left, our thought was instantaneous: we have to see if we can stay longer. The stay was 5 stars, comfort, peace, beauty, everything impeccable, clean and tidy. It was fantastic to be able to take our dog and let her walk outdoors, but always protected. We will definitely return, we fell in love with the place, it has everything you need for a few days of "relaxation". And Mr. Andrey was always very friendly and always helped us from the moment we arrived. Thank you! Ps - The pool is also simply amazing.

Everything was great, we had a really nice and peaceful stay. There seems to be a quarry not far and it made some noise but not too much. And in the evening there was an event nearby with loud music that was a bit disturbing. I don’t know if it’s a regular thing.

We had the most amazing stay, there was 6 of us in total and the villa was perfect! So spacious and beautifully decorated. The villa was extremely clean and modern, Helio is a great host too and super responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.

This was our second visit and Alice was as friendly, welcoming and hospitable as ever. The house is spotless, well equipped and comfortable with superb facilities across the site. The pool was fantastic, the locality quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be returning again.

François’ place was super relaxing and very comfortable. It was well situated for exploring Lisbon and surrounding area by car and only 20 minutes from the beach. It’s just like the pictures and he is a very responsive and helpful host. I strongly recommend as one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Our stay with José was completely successful! The place was beautiful and the view of the horse meadow was simply fantastic. We especially liked the lovingly arranged breakfast basket in the morning – a great touch! Helping with the feeding of the animals was also a real highlight, especially for nature lovers. The possibility of taking small hikes over horse and cow meadows rounded off our stay perfectly. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Great new and very clean place for a long term stay. Always a parking space available but city style street parking. Host very proactive and responsive in any issues. Older part of town near lots of amenities and surfing at Baleal etc is all within a 10 minute drive.

I remember reading a review of one guest saying how this was the nicest ABNB they ever stayed at, and i have to say that this was spot on. the location and view are spectacular. the house excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Host was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

Rosaria is an adorable, recently renovated place in the montains near Leiria, surrounded by the nature, very peaceful and beautiful. The property is pet-friendly and exactly as described. Steve and Sarah are amazing hosts, and they made us feel very welcome. We couldn’t be happier for choosing their place to spend a few days in the countryside. I recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the city.

It was our best experience with Airbnb by far. Everything was just perfect: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, powerful shower, comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound and smell of the sea felt like the best feeling in the world! The host was super responsive, helpful and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. Sintra is a magical destination. So many people make it a day trip from Lisbon and, in so doing, miss out on the heart of this community. We were thrilled that Hugo and Laura provided this opportunity for us to more fully explore this amazing place. Their Casa das Rosas is exactly as described, very compact and usable. It takes a little getting used to the arrangement of floors with bedroom and shower on the top floor and bathroom and kitchen two floors below, but it works. Laura and Hugo are most gracious hosts and we received very clear instruction regarding parking, entry, use of space and departure. The welcome gifts were much appreciated as well. Great shower! Well equipped kitchen. We would recommend this place to anyone who is OK with climbing stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The house was exactly as pictured - clean, modern, and bright. The pool and deck were beautiful and we spent many evenings just enjoying that space. The neighborhood is quiet and you are a very short drive from the town and the beach. It’s a great spot to do day trips from as well. There is also a large supermarket right nearby which was great to have. It was hard for us to leave and we definitely recommend this house!

We loved our stay at Figueiredo’s place. Perfect for us as a couple, with a private pool and deck to relax on in the evening. Quiet location within easy reach of Cascais, via Uber or a short walk, with its great food options. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would highly recommend this place is you are looking for somewhere quiet near Cascais.

Ricardo’s barn is not only a stunning renovation but a true sanctuary — the design, space plan, textures, linens, outdoor spaces, levels and thoughtful touches make this one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in… and I’ve stayed in a lot! Azenhas do Mar is only 5-7 minute drive which is incredible and the small town nearby is charming and friendly. Ricardo was an excellent host and provided us with groceries, vino, etc when we arrived. So kind! We absolutely loved it and would highlight recommend to anyone considering a stay!

Very welcoming place of small gifts upon arrival very attentive always listening to us always someone to come and see if everything was fine if we were not missing in bringing us perfect wood every day, I warmly recommend to Antonio and Sara, and thank you again for all these little touches. The house is situated in an elevated position with great views of the sea and town, set in a large natural garden which you enter through electric gates. There is plenty of space to park your car and you can leave the surfboard on the roof rack confident that nobody can steal it. The house itself is beautifully renovated. Every aspect of it displays good taste. It is well-equipped and everything works perfectly. The location could not be better. A ten-minute walk takes you down through the old town with its many excellent eating places, to the town beach and promenade. The host, Anna, is charming and helpful. In short, we cannot recommend this place too strongly. It is one of the best rental homes we have ever stayed in.

We had an amazing time in the stylish beach house you immediately feel at home in. They really put some extra love in preparing everything, from the ping pong table, yoga mats and meditation cushions to the chess board, good equipped kitchen and amazing bath tub. The view is even nicer than in the pictures - beautiful sunsets and you can directly check out the wave condition from home. Also we were asked multiple times if we needed anything, the communication was really perfect:) thank you!

We had a great time here, the area is quiet yet close to everything and the house is fantastic. We unfortunately ran into water access problems for a day (which the host can’t do anything about) but was fortunately well resolved by the helpful hosts
