Great accommodation. Once again I was very well received by Thayron's parents. The house has everything the guest needs for a good stay. Very quiet neighborhood, with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, greengrocer and bakery nearby. The house is less than 2 km from downtown Timóteo. I recommend it to all future guests.

Rubens' house is super spacious, just like in the photos. All very clean and well-maintained. In addition, the host was always very attentive and responded quickly to all our messages. We had a great experience and we definitely intend to return. We recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful! When we opened the door, the house was smelling of cleanliness! Bed linen, bath towels and blankets were impeccable! Mattresses and pillows all covered! For us who are allergic, this is a big difference. Impeccably clean pots and pans, shining bright! Guys!!!! There was toilet paper, and a paper filter for the first coffee!!!! We are delighted! We came with another family and we were very well accommodated! TV? It didn't make any difference! We love you and will be back on August 15, 2025! Microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove, mixer, everything impeccably clean and working great! We did not use the pool due to the cold! However, it was too clean!!!!! Very clean outdoor bathrooms! Wood stove operated at high!!!! Secure parking with camera! Ahhh, I don't even know what else to say that's positive! Just come and enjoy a lot!

Anderson is always very polite and helpful, and responds quickly. The house was very clean and organized, towels and blanket on top of the bed waiting for us. The property was identical to the one in the listing and all the options described in the listing description were there. Warm shower, wonderful coffee maker and arcade working. We thank you for your hospitality and recommend the place! If we need to stay in Ipatinga again, we will return 😉

Leonidia was a great host, friendly and attentive. We had to change dates and she was super understanding. It also made one more bed for us, we were in 3 people and for work. The accommodation was great, the house extremely clean and organized, with good space as well. The bathroom is large and the whole house is well equipped. We didn't lack anything.
