Carmem and Geraldo were excellent hosts, always attentive and helpful. We were very well received by them and we felt like friends of long dates. The place is excellent and served very well for the purpose, which was the celebration of my father's 80th birthday. Great view from the back deck. Nice location to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The house has a lot of space for guests and plenty of beds. The house is older but very clean. Our kids loved the pool and the yard where they could explore safely locked inside the gate.

Dimael and Rubens always very attentive, impeccable house, whenever I travel to Porto Seguro I like to stay in Ipatinga to stay in the house, easy access to supermarkets, pizzeria, bakery and the house very well structured and cozy. Super recommend!

Chácara Sossego is outstanding! All brand new and well cared for, the place is quiet and easy to access. The heated pool is a delight! Rosiane is very thoughtful and thoughtful of guests, she was super friendly and polite in all in conversations we had and did everything to have a great experience! Hope to come back soon!
