Tina and Roger are adorable, the accommodation is perfect. With a key box and a parking space right in front of the terrace. Extremely clean and functional, there is everything. It is as relaxing as it is well located and close (by car) to many tourist sites. Access to the pool is a real plus because it is quiet and the view is breathtaking. My stay at this apartment was excellent. The location is unbeatable, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The apartment was impeccable: clean, tidy and very comfortable. What really made the difference was José as a host. Their attention and dedication reminded me of the early days of Airbnb, when hosts really went out of their way to give you local tips and make you feel at home. In addition, he had the courtesy of offering me a small sample of the city, which made my experience even more special. I definitely recommend it and would do it again!

The house is beautiful and modern. It is equipped with every comfort. We had a nice stay there. There is some noise from the street, it is quite audible. The neighborhood is also very nice, with many restaurants nearby.

this place is absolutely beautiful we loved it so much it was hard to leave the apartment. Conors had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all needed to make a meal. Really a beautiful place and so comfortable.

Everything was great! The location of the apartment is very good and centrally located. The apartment on the 5th floor is easily accessible by elevator. There were three of us in the apartment, but it is not too small for four people. On request, we received two keys for the house and one for the apartment, which we could deposit in the key box. That was perfect!

The place was very comfortable for my family. He provided alot of items to make it feel more like a home. It was also very convenient as it close to the metro. Tomas is also very friendly and accomodating.

It was a phenomenal stay, the apartment was very clean and with everything you need to spend the stay. Regarding the area it seemed very accessible and beautiful, it was 10 minutes by car from the port, 30 minutes from Valencia!! To note that we had a barbecue to which we gave a lot of use and for our taste the best of the stay. The host at all times has been very decisive and attentive to us, of course it seems to us that it is totally worth it and more when the weather is good. The only thing I could improve is that there is no wifi as he clearly indicates in the listing and for longer stays would be fine.

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

Very comfortable and nice apartment. Close to shops and the beach. Mariana, the woman who greeted us was a delight! We loved the area, so we will definitely be back!

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of the city. You can quickly reach the park or the cathedral. The apartment was also large enough for three people. We would also try to book the apartment again on our next visit.

I spent two weeks or so in the property and enjoyed it greatly! The apartment is fully equipped and very beautifully designed! The apartment is very clean and well maintained! It is located in a very organized and well taken care of plantation with amazing view to the hills around! There is a largepool and a very nice sitting area around it. The owners Simon and his wife are very kind, attentive !and welcoming! I can warmly recommend staying in this property

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

This apartment really is a very good place to stay. I cant say something bad about it. Everything about this wen smooth except for the entrance in the apartment that you have to type the code every time. for us it was definitely a 5 star stay.

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!
