Loft holiday rentals in Valencia

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Pucol. The space was clean, comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is beautiful, I felt right at home! It’s a nice mix of the old tiles and wooden beams with the new appliances and furniture. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me: a short walk takes you either to the hip and bustling Ruzafa neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, or to the Túria park for some running or yoga 🧘🏻 I will be back!

This amazing historic penthouse made our stay very enjoyable! David responded quickly to my questions before and during my stay. I asked him for a restaurant suggestion to celebrate my twin daughters’ 21st birthday. Panorama was the perfect recommendation. He was flexible with our check-in and checkout times. He stocked the kitchen with food and wine to get us through our first meals. Living in an old structure with lovely tiles and woodwork made our stay feel authentic to the area. It is on a quiet safe street. All means of transportation were close and easy to access. The porch was a favorite place for us. The sunshade made it comfortable. The plants were beautiful. While relaxing on the porch in the evening we could hear a neighbor playing his violin beautifully. Stocking our kitchen was easy with a grocery story around the corner. Having a washer was helpful. The penthouse gave us another reason to love València.

We were a group of friends who were allowed to stay at Rafa's place. The apartment has the perfect location to enjoy the beach and city alike. The amenities are fantastic, from the bathrooms to the kitchen equipment and beach essentials, everything you need is really available. We felt very comfortable. And Rafa as a host was very accommodating. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment to everyone.

A great apartment :) It was really fun to live there. We played a lot of pool on the pool table and it was great fun! The apartment is well located, you can reach different means of transport (subway, bus) very quickly. The beach is also only a few minutes away and there are many great restaurants. We will definitely be back :)

Super well equipped apartment and perfectly located.

In an incredible area, great flat with a nice terrace if you don’t mind ducking through a window. Definitely plan to maximize time outside the flat or commit to climbing 5 flights of stairs one way quite often ;)

Everything was perfect, Raquel is a 10, facilitating communication and transparency at all times so that our stay was the best.

I cannot fault either the loft, or Isabel. Location-wise, with 2 older kids, it was perfect. Close to supermarkets and pharmacies, and less than a ten minute walk to the beach. Honestly, you're spoiled for choice when it comes to eating near by. Even in the immediate couple of blocks! The rooms were bright, clean and spacious. All the appliances are in excellent working order, with clear instructions on how to use. As a host, Isabel went beyond helpful, and was so quick in her responses to our queries. She offered halfway through to have the cleaner come, if we needed. All in all, an excellent apartment.

Great apartment near Arts and Sciences. Lots of food options nearby. Apartment was very clean and had everything that you need for a city apartment. Clear, easy instructions and communications from Antoine. Extra helpful with cot for baby etc. Would stay here again!

Our stay was pleasant. The place is as it appears in the photos, well located a few minutes from downtown and places of interest. Angelica was very attentive and quick to respond to our messages. We would definitely come back

Absolutely loved Javi’s apartment. It’s bigger than it looks and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided including a useful list of great recommendations in the area. There was enough storage, the space is well thought through. Javi was helpful and we would stay again.

We were a couple staying at Davide’s Airbnb in Valencia for 4 nights. Davide is an amazing, responsive host who answers all questions and always happy to help. The place was tidy, modern and exactly like the photos and description. Felt like home. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre Davide’s Airbnb is recommended to anyone wanting to travel to Valencia!

This has to be the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in in Europe!!! The attention to detail at Fani’s stay was unbelievable. Everything is thought of from extra blankets to washing powder for the washing machine. The apartment itself is so asthetically pleasing but also very functional. Thank you so much for having us Fani. If we ever come back to Valencia we will definently stay here.

This is a great location to discover the beautiful city of Valencia from. The apartment is within walking distance from the Art District was and very quiet and private. The amenities are exactly as described and the host was extremely responsive and helpful.

The apartment is fantastic and really comfortable. It is at floor 0, with the door directly on the street but the area is super quiet. Reaching the city center taken a while, it is a bit far but very well connected with busses
