Many trails and gravel roads to explore.

Cozy little cottage in a quiet neighborhood with large patio. Possibility for skiing, swimming and fishing. The cabin contains two bedrooms. Double bed in one room, and bunk bed in the other room. There is also a sofa bed in the living room with sleeping space for two. The cabin is rented furnished. Bring clothes, towels, food, shower accessories such as shampoo, bedclothes and sheets. You have free access to cold and hot water in the cabin. The outdoor toilet is used as the indoor toilet is currently out of order. Shower cabin in the bathroom can be used as usual.

Older, well-maintained detached house in quiet and peaceful surroundings with good space and short distance to various nature experiences as well as the village of Flisa. Good opportunities for various trips, fishing and a quiet life in the countryside. 25 km from the Swedish border. The location is "in the middle of Scandinavia". 60 km to Kongsvinger, 50 km to Elverum, 80 km to Hamar. The house is located on a farm where we, a couple in our 60s, also live with our dog, Perle.

Three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a family bunk bed. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Wood-fired sauna in the yard. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Internet, no TV but many games.

Old, but recently renovated smallholding from the late 19th century. In the ground floor it is an entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The second floor consist of a big room with the possibility to house many people. It is also a second restroom in this floor. Outside is a lovely garden, and during winter you could put on your cross-country skis and start skiing from the house. Elverum city is just a short 20 min. drive from the house.

You don't have to travel all the way to Sweden to find an idyllic cottage. Many nice hiking opportunities just outside the door. Berry picking and cycling are some of the things you can do here. Possibilities for nice forest baths nearby. Rich animal and bird life. Live simply, close by.

An old farm from the 1600s with a timber house.

The farm is located about 15 minutes drive by car to the city, Elverum. A grocery store is about 13 minutes away. You should have a car if you are going to stay with us. You will find a farm in operation, with tractors driving at times, but also silence, nature, trees, land and forest as neighbors. Occasionally you can see elk and deer on the land. Sometimes there are northern lights!
