The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, with good heating and with access and ocean views. Complex amenities make it enjoyable at all times of the year, 24h reception, maid service, elevator and carport, heated pool... all excellent. The location is unbeatable, quiet and with private access to the sea. Undoubtedly a highly recommended place and the host, Luciano was very attentive, gave us advice and attention at all times. For a getaway or a good vacation, as a couple or as a family, it's ideal. We hope to be back soon.

The house is very nice, functional and equipped. Excellent security (mobile around the neighborhood at all times). We went with our pet and the perimeter fence gave us peace of mind. The wooded background should contribute cool in summer. I can't give an opinion on the pool: time did not accompany The mattress in perfect condition which ensured a good rest. A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent apartment. It exceeded my expectations. The view is incredible, everything is new and works perfectly. Two blocks from the beach, very well located. We'll definitely be back! I recommend it without hesitation. Marcos answered all my questions prior to booking and was in contact at all times during the stay.

It was difficult to get to accommodation, after 5 hours of travel it did not match the location with the apartment. The photos when taken out of a drone were not recognized by the people in the nearby hotels. There was not the name of the building in the listing information, nor the nearby references. That was quite frustrating to get there. Otherwise it's comfortable, nicely located, has beach service, the heated pool was clean. The water from the showers never came out hot but lukewarm, but the towel service and staff were nice.

Our stay in this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The apartment was great and perfectly equipped, with very comfortable rooms. The place had all the necessary comforts, both to enjoy the beach and to stay in the facilities. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Martin was always very kind. We had an excellent stay, The apartment was spotless, just like the photos or better, very well equipped and in an unbeatable area. The indoor pool is heated and has security. We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence. Both Eva and Carlos are always attentive to any need or help they can offer!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Everything is excellent! We reserve the depto for the view and the truth that I do not disappoint, the view ofo mar is one of the best that is achieved and with the plus of sunset as well. We had a small inconvenience that Yanina solved instantly and I also allowed us to check out a little later. Super recommended!

We had a beautiful time. The apartment is very nice as the publication with everything you need...even secarropas ideal for after the beach. Cristina is super attentive to everything. Very clean and tidy. The comfortable location is one short walk from the beach. We hope to be back soon.

The dpto is super comfortable, we went with my partner to rest took advantage of a lot, the excellent location near the sea, there are no noises that I find important to emphasize. Comfortable check in/check out quickly. Gabriela was a super attentive host! We would be back 🫶🏻
