Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Valkenburg aan de Geul

Had a very nice two week stay. Close to town, yet rural and private. Wonderful garden to sit outside and relax in. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Great access to natural beauty of the south Limburg region. Great spot to enjoy cycling through rolling hills and quaint farming towns. Astrid communicated regularly to ensure I had everything I needed.

Stayed with a group of 8 for a weekend to cycle in the area. Enough space for 8 people, great kitchen and plenty of outdoor space. Access via a key box at the door, worked fine. Having to check out late on Sundays is also a big advantage. Well-equipped supermarket 5 minutes walk away, next to a bakery and other shops. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in this neighborhood with a larger group!

Wonderful stay for a weekend of cycling in Limburg! The house has a spacious dining and living room and a large garden. The jacuzzi and sauna were also very nice.

We stayed here for two nights with a group of friends. The garden was lovely, we gratefully used it thanks to the warm weather. We were very content with the location, even though we were next to the station, we were not bothered by the trains but had the advantage that we could be in Valkenburg and Maastricht in a few minutes. And the immediate surroundings were also beautiful. The cottage is very nicely decorated, it could be cleaned a little more carefully.

Very cozy house, with all facilities such as at home. Ideal for children, with plenty of bedrooms, high chairs, toys, baby cot,... smooth communication with Bas, very friendly and helpful. The kids really enjoyed taking care of Mia the cat, but it doesn't bother you at all. We can recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful, clean, modern house with everything you need. All rooms were spacious and a wonderful terrace. Recommended.

Great place to enjoy walks, bike rides and the surroundings. Cottage is really great.

We had a great beautiful week with our family of five in the spring break. The house breathes the atmosphere of old times and, if you like that, you can fully immerse yourself in it. We love it. South Limburg in spring, there is almost nothing more beautiful. From the house you can walk into nature or you can start right away on the route Margraten, which runs behind the house. Communication with Mischa was great. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay with Tanja and Richard. It is a very nice b&b, nicely located on a square, attractively decorated and with space for our bikes. Breakfast is also absolutely recommended, delicious. Tanja is a very attentive and involved hostess.

Andrea was a super host very friendly and very helpful, The apartment was really good bigger than I expected, the kitchen had everything we needed and more,the living room was very comfortable, bedroom was relaxing and bed was mega comfortable, The couch bed was also very comfortable, 5 minuets walking distance to valkenburg centrum, train station was very close maybe 15 minutes walk, all in all a perfect place to stay I totally recommend it and Andrea was a super host

We were pleasantly surprised. Spacious apartment. With all the comforts. Nice roof terrace. Kitchen with all the appliances in and on it. Good beds. Neat shower with toilet and a floor below another toilet. In the heart of Valkenburg, cross the road and you are in the middle of the main street with all kinds of restaurants. We thought it was a nice city apartment with lovely steep stairs, no chips in the sofa, 3-layer toilet paper, a good bottle of bubbles on arrival. All in all: If we go to the festival on that steep hill again next year, we would like to book again!! *****

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very large, very comfortable, and has a big bathroom and shower as well as a large, nice kitchen, and even a living room that was spacious. The location was difficult for me to find as the navigation system on our car did not inform us that you can’t drive a car right to the hotel/apartment. I was perhaps careless and did not read the details regarding parking. Perhaps it could be clearer for guests to see that it’s off site parking. My bad for not reading this sooner. Other than that, terrific place.

Friendly welcome , it was a bit of a search to check in, after we found this we were guided around by the public space and escorted to our room. We slept well and it was nice and quiet . Great location if you want to go to Valkenburg or Maastricht within 15 minutes you are there .

The apartment is nice, cozy and clean, just as advertised. Public transport is easy to reach, but most places in the city are in walking distance. Petra is a fabulous host, very kind and providing support whenever needed. I can highly recommend this AirBnB to everyone who is planning to spend some time in Maastricht, especially also for a longer stay.

A very nice apartment with cozy decor. An ideal location to discover Maastricht, right by the St Servaasbrug. Floor the host is very attentive and gives nice tips. Since there is no kitchen, you have to go out for food, but that's why we were in Maastricht! Very nice bed and space. I would like to come back here again!

we had a wonderful stay.. you are really in the center of Valkenburg.. The apartment is very neat/clean. Bicycles can be placed in the basement. Communication with Chantal is very pleasant.

Saskia's place is really great, spacious and clean, with everything you need. It is easy to walk to the city centre, and also two restaurants next door. Saskia is friendly and easy to reach. I really recommend the place.

I have stayed at Piekel's place for 30 days and I have only positive things to say; Piekel is a warm & caring host. As soon as I arrived, I felt like I was at home. Tastefully decorated, this charming accommodation overlooks a beautiful park, offering incredible tranquility while being close to the center (about 15 minutes walk or accessible with public transport - bus stop right in front of the accommodation). The listing is as described. I would definitely go back to Piekel's place for an upcoming stay in Maastricht, and I highly recommend it.
