Séjour fin mai vraiment agréable : accueil, maison, calme, disponibilité de Martine... De gentilles attentions de sa part. La maison est bien plus agréable que les photos du site !! Sejours de repos, balades, jeux...en famille à 14.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e immersa nella natura. Catherine e Jean Paul sono stati ospiti gentilissimi e ci hanno permesso di vivere un’esperienza unica: coccolare le caprette e dar loro il latte con il biberon! Siamo partiti presto la mattina e non abbiamo potuto salutarli di persona, ma li ringraziamo di cuore per tutto. Consigliatissimo!

Un séjour inoubliable dans un véritable coin du paradis. La maison est tellement bien placée, on y croit pas, on se croit sur une plage privée, juste magnifique (et très calme !) On rentre chez nous reposés, ressourcés, merci à Dominique pour l’accueil.

A jewel by a running river where you can cool off in between exploring Annecy, Chamonix or the local mountain villages. House is perfect! An authentic watermill with a completely enclosed beautiful garden next to the river. The village of Frangy has everything including Boulangerie, fromagerie , local winery and authentic farm restaurant serving delicious meals with in and outdoor seating to watch the world go by. Beautiful walks to nearby waterfalls from the doorstep: highly recommended!

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien équipé et agréable. L’hôte a été très accueillant et réactif tout au long du séjour. Le linge de maison était impeccable, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions comme le café à disposition, les cartes des restaurants à proximité et la bouteille d’eau fraîche à l’arrivée. Merci encore !

La chambre de Marie-Laure vous donne de suite l'impression d'être à la "maison ", elle est très bien décorée et vraiment très propre. vous pouvez déposer votre voiture dans les environs et tout faire à pieds durant votre séjour, un emplacement idéal ! De plus, la chambre se trouve dans un ancien palace avec un hall magnifique, de grands escaliers et d'énormes couloirs....j'adoreeee ! J'y reviendrais c'est certain !

The house was small but incredibly functional — it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtfully equipped and very well maintained. The location was also great: just a short walk to the railway and bus stations, with shops and a market nearby. The lake was only about 10 minutes away on foot, which made for lovely walks. Perfect for a short or solo stay!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Corinne betrug 7 Tage in denen ich mich ganz wie zu Hause fühlen konnte. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines 6-stöckigen Gebäudes gleich gegenüber dem Ausgang des Bahnhofs. Jedoch zeigt die Wohnung in das Innere eines Wohnblocks, sodass kaum Geräusche aus der Bahnhofsnähe zu hören sind. Natürlich hört man des Abends seine Nachbahrn und Aufräumarbeiten in den Restaurants auf Erdgeschossebene. Fenster und Türen halten aber dicht und es war nicht weiter störend. Im Austausch kann man auf der Balkonterrasse am Abend gemütlich einen lauen Sommerabend verbringen (sofern die Jahreszeit stimmt). Im Ganzen befinden sich alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung, die darüberhinaus äußerst sauber und gepflegt daherkam. Aufgrund der Größe des Innenraumes ist dieses Angebot wirklich nur etwas für Alleinreisende. Meiner Meinung nach wurde jedoch mit intelligenten Lösungen aus den räumlichen Gegebenheiten das Beste herausgeholt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Le logement de Sandrine est parfaitement entretenu et idéalement situé. La communication pour arriver et repartir est fluide et efficace. Tout s'est très bien passé pour nous !

Rien a redire ! Que ce soit sur le logement, le cadre... Le proprietaire nous a facilite notre arrivee. Pas de stress sur le timing a l arrivee, nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de cette 1ere journee. Le logement propre avec un panorama exceptionnel ! Endroit au calme, loin de la foule du centre d Annecy. Reposant ! avec de multiples activités environnantes.. je recommande vivement... 😀

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nina, l’appartement est spacieux, bien pensé, au calme. Il est situé à quelques minutes du lac et nous avons pu pleinement profiter des activités du lac! La proximité des restaurants, activités nautiques, de la plage est idéal pour un séjour, y compris sans véhicule. Nina est une hôte très agréable, désireuse que votre séjour soit réussi. Nous reviendrons!

Logement parfait pour un we. Il est propre et bien équipé. L’hôte est réactif pour m’avoir donné des conseils de randonnées ou de vélo à faire dans le coin. La gare est accessible à pied. Je recommande sans hésitation.

logement au rez-de-chaussée avec une belle terrasse à l'abri des regards. Le studio est confortable, la cuisine est pratique et bien équipé, même si je n'ai passé qu'une seule nuit. Centre ville accessible à pieds en 5min, restaurants, parc... hôte très agréable.

Merci pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et toutes les attentions pour que notre court séjour se passe bien. C’était une petite halte pour une seule nuit à l’occasion d’un mariage mais compte tenu du lieu ce serait parfait pour un séjour plus long .

I Ve stayed only one day but it had everything I needed . It is suitable for 1 young couple or 1 person because the bed is in the mezzanine with a slim ladder.Thank you Beatrice for your flexibility!

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Thoma è stato sempre molto gentile e ci è venuto incontro per la nostra richiesta sia di check in anticipato sia di check out prolungato. L'alloggio è molto carino e si trova in una zona tranquillissima nel verde delle "bagues", a pochissimi minuti dal plan d'eau di Rumilly e a soli 10 minuti da Annecy. Tornerei volentieri nell'alloggio di Thomas, ottima esperienza.
