Paradise with a splendid view of Mont Blanc

Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Architect-designed house/chalet, 3 floors, view of Mont Blanc

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Le Mazot over the years

Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a break from time. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, in the middle of nature. At 800 m altitude, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

Beautiful apartment built by us, south facing with large terrace, shared outdoor space and unobstructed view of the mountains. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Ideally located 15 minutes from the ski resorts (Les Gets, Le Grand Massif, Praz de Lys), various activities (hiking, tree climbing, swimming pools, rafting, via ferrata, mountain biking...) as well as 50 minutes from the cities (Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva).

The Lavouet Cottage

On the heights, 5 minutes from the city center, come and recharge your batteries in this unique and soothing setting. This return to basics promises you rest and relaxation. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
