We are located in the heart of the Puerto neighborhood, the historic center and the oldest neighborhood of Valparaíso, inhabited since colonial times. You will enjoy a central location, just a few meters from the Cordillera Elevator. Muelle Prat, Calle Serrano, Plaza Sotomayor, Cerro Concepción, Cerro Alegre, Mirador 21 de Mayo. All are places you can reach on foot. The connectivity is second to none! You can get around by trolleybus, metro train or minibus to anywhere in the city.

A place to rest and sleep in Valparaíso

We offer a small apartment (number 2 in the exterior photo) that is very cozy, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Valparaíso, located on the 4th floor, only accessible by stairs. The important thing for us is to answer all your questions and guide you around the city in case you need it. Located in a residential neighborhood with transportation to the door to leave and return from downtown Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, we are 15 blocks from the city's bus terminal.

Alegre apartment, 1-3 pax

You will stay in a cosy duplex in the Vistalegre building. You can walk to restaurants in Cerro Alegre, Cerro Concepcion and downtown. Nearby you will find: Paseo Yugoslavo, Paseo Gervasoni and Paseo Atkinson; El Peral, Reina Victoria and Concepcion lifts. You will need to use stairs. Ask about discounts, parking options, other check-in times, and early check-in or late check-out, which incur an extra charge. Everything is negotiable :) Parking : 7000 per night
