Cabin features a fire pit, propane grill, upper/lower back porches, outdoor fireplace, lighted sidewalk to boathouse, granite c-tops, SS appliances, beverage bar w/add’l fridge, and carport. Dogs allowed w/host approval & add'l payment.

East Texas is known for treasure hunting, comfort food, and piney forests. The Farmhouse Studio is known for country hospitality, serene views, and comfy sleeps. Don't forget your fishing gear for catch and release acre pond! Come to just get away from it all. Suitable for a couple or a family with small children under 10. Keurig, microwave, toaster, mini fridge provided. Fire pit, outdoor furniture provided. There is NO full kitchen and no pets are allowed. 24 hour notice required.

Rosie's Ranch Retreat

Rest and relax with Rosie (mini horse) and her mini friends (including 2 miniature Highland cows) in our cozy cabin on our 20-acre horse ranch. Wi-Fi, 2 smart TV's, washer/dryer, queen bed, twin bed and XL bean bag that folds out into a king floor bed are all provided. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, oven and microwave. Use the gas grill on the covered front porch that looks out onto Rosie's pasture. Bring your fishing poles to catch some fish in the pond.

We just completed our new pickleball court and renovations on the pond and built a brand new dock. The pond is stocked with black bass, crappie and hybrid stripers. You can catch all you want...
