Outside features a wraparound covered porch, private hot tub, fire pit, charcoal grill, and comfortable lounge seating. Nicely appointed, cozy suite on family farm on quiet cove of famous Lake Fork with large private boat ramp & pier just a short walk or drive to the lake. Suite is lofted & accessed by steel & stone stairway with balcony overlooking grassy pastures, trees, small creek, impressive stone fire pit and BBQ grill. This unit features sleeping space for up to 6 adults, spacious bathroom, dining area, and full kitchen with eating & cookware. We have 3 suites to choose from, so look at the others too!

🛍️ First Monday is a short 10 minute drive. 🛍️ Wanna get away? Sit on the 600 SF covered party deck while sipping your favorite beverage by the fire. Gather with girlfriends or family to catch up on life at this beautifully decorated cottage. Imagine your group laughing and playing games while you watch the cook from the huge island with seven barstools. Or kick back in the den with six recliners. All of you will fit at the dining table and spend hours chatting. Got a dog? Bring it!

The Barn at Neches A cozy 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath barn-style retreat. The kitchen and all bedrooms are located UPSTAIRS, offering a comfortable setup with 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds. Guests also have access to a primitive pistol pit gun range. Please note this area is still under development and is available for use at your own risk, as it is not staffed. Relax and unwind in the newly added outdoor hot tub, conveniently located on the deck! Firewood is provided

Also a full sized kitchen, half bath, wrap around deck with more outdoor seating and outdoor shower.
