Les Roux Gîte

Discover the enchanting beauty of the Morvan! Our nice vacation home in Les Roux offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The gite is separate from the house, has an enclosed garden and a sunny south-facing terrace. On our 7000m2 property, you will also find our horses and chickens. Explore nature during walks/bike rides through the woods. Spot wild animals such as roe deer, badgers and birds of prey, and admire the pristine starry sky in the evening. Come and discover it yourself!

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Peace and nature in The Morvan

Au cœur du parc naturel du Morvan, cette maison de campagne lumineuse et paisible est entourée de prés où paissent les vaches. La maison est idéale pour un séjour au calme ou du télétravail. Exposée plein sud, elle reste fraîche l’été et offre une vue magnifique sur les collines. Le jardin privé permet de profiter pleinement de la campagne : repas en plein air, hamacs sous les pommiers et longues soirées à regarder les étoiles. Des oeufs frais vous attendent tous les matins.

The Buttonhole

The gite at La Boutonnière is part of a traditional longère set in the quiet countryside near the village of Sully. It has two bedrooms, each with either a double or two single beds, a large living room and a fully fitted kitchen. There is also a garden outside for guests to use and secure storage for bikes. The gite is located near the Morvan National Park, close to many good walking, cycling and climbing areas, and of course, very close to the vineyards of Cote de Beaune.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

In the heart of Burgundy, in the Morvan Regional Park, our spacious house is the perfect place to meet with family or friends. It combines authenticity, charm and comfort in a green environment with guaranteed peace and quiet. With its large living room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located at the gates of the village and bordered by 2 hectares of meadows, it has a large 4000 m² garden with terrace and orchard.

The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. Take a break... Nestled in a green setting, this comfortable cottage in the heart of Morvan will seduce you with the quality of its environment. Bousson-le-Bas is an ideal hamlet for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts; you can hike on the many nearby paths and GR, cycle on the small roads or mountain bike trails, fish on Lake Crescent or elsewhere, swim, canoe or raft, watch the stars… or even do nothing…

Expanded water mill with mill charm

Leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in our paradise. Relax on 4 hectares of forest and streams. Dog owners will find perfect conditions for vacations with their favorite here. You hear birds chirping, the stream, the wind – pure nature. A large garden, table tennis and plenty of space for ball games await on the grounds. With us, parents and children will find happiness, in a green setting surrounded by meadows! You will have the choice to enjoy the garden, deckchairs, for a relaxing break or to practice many activities on site: swimming pool (open according to weather from early June to end of September: contact us) bad/volleyball court, indoor climbing wall, trampoline, slide, swing, ball games...

Le Cellier des Moines Gîte (Morvan)

Characterful cottage, adjoining the owner but independent, in the hamlet of Commagny in Moulins-Engilbert (58), located in the membership area of the Morvan Regional Natural Park. Very quiet site, perfect for relaxing, and observing nature and the stars. The late season is often very pleasant in Morvan and the colors of the forests are extraordinary. Sleeps 4 people.
