Huge Home for Everyone!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and relaxation. 4 BR w/ 4 queen beds and 1 king bed, sleeping up to 10 people. Every room has smart TVs and internet. The backyard has a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings. In addition to the large eat-in kitchen with a 6 person seating table, there is a game/puzzle room with an extra dining table. There is an exercise room for yoga or stretching. Main bedroom downstairs with huge bath. 3 BR up with 1 full bath

Welcome to the Hobbit House! Relax or work from home in this cozy house located in a charming, quiet neighborhood in central Evansville. Each room is curated to set a different vibe from relaxation, sophistication, and fun. This house also has an old speakeasy downstairs filled with arcade games and a movie projector and screen. Our renovated 1912 carriage house was designed exclusively for Airbnb guests! Set in the midst of Semper Fulgens gardens, this luxury apartment is small but features a large bathroom with clawfoot tub, a loft bedroom with king sized bed, a sitting area, and coffee bar. There is not a full kitchen, but we do have a fridge. Not suitable for kids. A place for pet lovers! We do have two dogs, a cat and chickens who live on the property and have access to courtyard and event space.
