Cute home that served our needs very well. The beds were comfortable. The house is located in the country but still very close to town. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the stay - the home is even nicer than we expected and had lots of space for hanging out and bedrooms down the hall from living area which was great for kids sleeping while adults still awake. Had an unexpected maintenance problem that Michelle handled right away. Location was very convenient to North Park businesses and restaurants. Enjoyed playing pool and the scenic setting in the back. Ample parking for several vehicles. Very clean and easy to come and go. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook some meals at the house. Would stay there again!

Deanna is a fantastic host so nice and very willing to help. The place was beautiful and we had everything we needed. Even with a small issue of batteries she came right over and was just so pleasant and goes beyond expectations. Deanna we loved coming to your place and will do so again and again. When we got to the Air bnb, it was so easy to get into the house with her keyless entry. The bedrooms were nice and roomy. We had enough towels, soap, toilet tissue, dishwashing soap, foil, dishes, ect… We also used the washer and dryer, they worked well. The air conditioner worked and kept us cool! The beds were comfortable. It was easy to use the internet. No complaints, we hope to stay in one of Chris’ home next year!

Wonderful stay at Raul's! Everything was clean and there were personal touches that made it very pleasant, such as drinks in the fridge and lotion samples in the bathrooms. It is conveniently located to our event as well as restaurants and shopping centers. Raul was very responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again!

Erica was so sweet and awesome to get to know! She was very understanding and attentive. There is a reason why it's called a cozy corner, because the apartment was clean, comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed our time there. It had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying at The Cozy Corner.

The Host Erica was fantastic. Always responsive to message back within a short time when I had any questions about anything. She was very welcoming from my arrival to my departure. I go to Evansville each year and have stayed at other Airbnb locations and I will definitely stay at the Zen Den again next year if it's available! Thanks for the hospitality Erica!

This was a nice place and we had a great stay. There were thoughtful things like a fan and cell phone charger with multiple adapters on the night stand in each room. Sarah was quick to respond to questions. We'll definitely stay again if available the next time we're in town.
