There is electricity and water This 1950s house still retains its charm from the era, it is a family home. Simple and basic. It has all the basics, air conditioning in the bedrooms, hot water, equipped kitchen, patios and parking for several cars. Ranchón with grill and the freshness of the beach just a few meters away. Read the rules. We are NOT on the same beach, but very close, just half a block away. 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Cleaning service every other day for stays longer than three nights.

This apartment is a part of Fara's House with a private entrance. We are located very close to the beach and to the main avenue, with this location you have the privilege to access to the beach and main avenue very quickly, but sometime specifically in the weekend days, the festivities, typical of a vacation and cheerful city, the parties extend until late night, out of our control to keep the guest place outside the property silent and quite. The house is protected with 24/7 security cameras🏖

It's a large, independent apartment. With a bedroom with two beds, (one large and one smaller), air conditioning, safe, clothes hangers and TV. A bathroom with hot and cold water; a kitchen equipped with everything for food preparation (a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, gas stove, refrigerator), a small folding table and three stools for eating, and use of the washing machine. A common terrace surrounded by plants with armchairs, table and chairs and a beautiful garden.
