We better understand the status of "superhost" after a few days in Patricia's Garden. Patricia was very welcoming and always attentive to us. We feel very refreshed after these few days. Our kids spent their time in the pool and calendering Tokyo which is very affectionate. The garden is beautiful and the cottage is very well equipped for a family of 4 Parisians in need of greenery! Very good welcome from Agnès the owner. The house is pleasant to live in. Air conditioners/heaters in almost all rooms that make it comfortable! The garden is very spacious, pleasant and well maintained, as well as the pool. It's a bit far from everything, but that's also its quality. It's a good value for money accommodation. Areas for improvement (for owners): mattresses for pool deckchairs (we may not have seen them), outdoor lighting to enjoy the night outside, electrical outlets difficult to access in the rooms, ping pong table worn but still functional and very appreciable. Recently renovated barn with a lot of taste. The accommodation is modern, clean and very well equipped, especially for cooking. The location is ideal, close to Nevers and the forest, perfect for relaxing. A little extra always appreciated: the coffee capsules available... and the delicate attention of the local bottle as a welcome.

The place was in a great location. The restaurant and bakery were within a 5-minute walk. Nigel is very accommodating with our arrival schedule and he had prepared the jacuzzi for the same day. Beyond his very functional and very well-equipped accommodation, Nigel is a very interesting and very friendly person. We recommend this beautiful place to unwind from everyday life. We loved our stay at Alice's place! Sancerre was lovely, and we were in a perfect location to walk to everything we wanted to do in town. The house itself was clean and stylish, with especially comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen provided everything we needed, and we loved eating breakfast on the patio. We also toured the winery Alice is affiliated with, and we absolutely loved it! There is so much history in both the house and the winery!
