Staying at Maria's apartment was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment is exactly as in the photos — clean, well maintained and very organized. Every detail was thoughtfully considered: hair dryer, iron, extra blankets, soft towels, complete dishes and all appliances working perfectly. The check-in was super practical, thanks to Maria's clear communication, who had already lined everything up with the concierge. And the check-out was also smooth — Maria was very flexible and always responded quickly. The building is clean, safe and has great amenities: express laundry, mini market, gym... and the location is simply perfect! Bakery practically at the door, in addition to Swift and Pão de Açúcar next door. I felt at home and would definitely stay with her again. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Quiet stay, spacious house, very good gourmet space, complete and individualized. A very large plot of land, which can accommodate adult and children's activities. Mr. Marcio and Mr. Evaristo are always very helpful when we need to ask something, they respond quickly. A great place to rest with family and friends.

This stay surprised me in every way. The house is even more beautiful and contains amenities and special things that don't appear in the photos. Well-equipped house, it had blankets and towels at ease, all of the best quality. It was impeccably clean. We didn't have time to enjoy the barbecue area because we went to work, but it's extremely well equipped, pool was crystal clear. In short, I missed the house later and I intend to return! in addition to everything, it is cozy and a positive family aura is perceived, one feels a lot of happiness in the environment. The apartment is small, but it is good for those who go to work during the day and return only to sleep. The location is good, with a market, pharmacy and restaurant less than 200m away. Communication with the host was super smooth, always willing to help. As negative points I put the following: poorly equipped kitchen (there was not even salt, or a decent knife to cook) and in the advertisement it is written that it is possible to leave the suitcase to pick up later at the end of the day (something I needed to do) but neither the host nor the building offer this facility.
