Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in São Paulo

The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. It was clean, well cared for, impeccable. Excellent bedding, bathroom with a very good shower. I loved the place, I found it easy to locate and parking was very close. Not to mention the wonderful sunset that you can admire from the apartment, a beautiful view. I intend to return more often. A thousand stars.

Very well-equipped studio with a great location. When we arrived, it was very clean and had everything we needed. My only point is that I found the bed a little hard, but otherwise the stay was excellent.

Fernando, a very attentive, polite, humble and patient person. He cleared up all our doubts about the location, and recommended great restaurants, as it is a prime neighborhood, the prices are above average, you have to be patient to research places if you want to order delivery. We had doubts when filling the bathtub, and he immediately helped us. Very comfortable apartment, bed, unparalleled pillow, bedding, everything impeccably clean, apartment totally sanitized. I bought water, because I don't trust drinking from the tap, and there I didn't see... but there are all kinds of utensils, soap, shampoo, and so on. I highly recommend the stay, we only spent one night, but the experience was already very good!

What a fabulous week long stay we had in Felipe’s beautiful condo in São Paulo! Safe, secure and excellent location. The unit was immaculate with great attention to detail. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Two bathrooms and W/D are such a bonus. We loved the neighborhood with many restaurants to choose from and a grocery store a block away with more nearby. Felipe was very attentive and responsive. He had many suggestions for restaurants and things to do during our stay. We highly recommend Felipe’s place for your stay in São Paulo!

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also really nice because the house is all fenced in, and my dog loved being able to run around the grassy outside area. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The stay was wonderful! Viviane was an excellent host, gave us clear guidelines, communication was great, extremely helpful and kind. The place is charming! A true haven within São Paulo. We appreciate the beautiful reception, everything was amazing!

wow just wow.. we are absolutely in love with Quitandinha. We had an amazing time, we got to relax and spend time with our relatives that we haven't seen in 25 years so the place made it extra special. Dona Cida and seu Belchior, no words to describe them, we actually became friends and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this airbnb. Phill was very attentive and replied to my questions within minutes. Thank you Quitandinha for the best 6 days of my life.

The house is impeccable, exactly like the photos! Simone, who is responsible for taking care of the house and receiving the guests, was EXTREMELY kind and helpful even before check-in. It's worth every penny to hire her services! The view from the house is sensational, the whole land itself a delight! But we ended up making the mistake of following WAZE and ended up on a dirt road that would shorten the stretch but due to the rain it was impossible to pass, as there is zero lighting or cell phone signal! You have to follow the house instructions that Simone sends before the stay, the signs or GOOGLE MAPS!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

An excellent choice! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos — the care is felt in every detail. Everything was impeccably clean and extremely well cared for. Super-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and practical stay. The location is also excellent: close to the beach and great restaurants, with super easy access. The host was amazing: super attentive, quick to respond and always willing to help. It was a wonderful and very peaceful experience from start to finish. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decor is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

It was a great stay. The host described the property and region with extreme accuracy. I intend to stay more often
