A cozy house in a small complex, has everything you need for short and long stay. Wonderful sandy beach within walking distance.

We had everything we needed, our stay was as pleasant as it could be, lots of fun and things to do in Virnitsa and Varna. There are lots of spectacular views and natural views really close, our longest trip was 1 hour car ride but definitely worth it. Will stay again in the future.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home for New Year's Eve! Our group of seven friends spent three nights here, and everything was perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning garden and breathtaking views—it was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. We also loved using the barbecue, which made our evenings even more special. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful and well-equipped place to stay, we highly recommend this home. We’d love to come back again—especially in the summer—to fully enjoy the beautiful garden and the pool!

We - as a family of four with two small daughters - felt very comfortable at Villa Sophia! The communication with Sophia and her mother went wonderfully. Everything was as described and the view and location were great. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. Particularly beautiful was the walking distance to the beautiful Pasha Dere beach with the Forest Beach restaurant. We slept well and we enjoyed the seclusion and privacy very much! We highly recommend it for vacationers who are looking for peace and seclusion and still want to be close to the beach and city.

The villa met our expectations. It is perfect for relaxation, even with the detachment and pets. It was made cozy and set up for everything. Easy access, peaceful location. We would visit again

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, clean and very well equipped. Comfortable bed and all necessary devices. The residence is secure and is located in a quiet area. Beautiful fenced area with a swimming pools. The whole complex is new and excellently maintained. We had a private parking space. The communication with Nicole and Katia was very pleasant. We will be happy to come back again. Highly recommended for all those who want to have a quality stay!!! Thanks again for everything!

I am in love with the place. Cosy, stylish, very well organised and clean apartment, I found everything needed for a comfortable stay. Antonina has taken care for the comfort of her guests, the atmosphere in the bedroom is very nice and relaxing and there are some interesting books for reading. The location is great, there is a public transport station right in front of the building and it is easy to get to the city centre and other points. A grocery, pharmacy, stadium, the Varna Grand mall are super close to the place. Antonina is welcoming, helpful and cheerful person with a great energy. My time there flew in an instant. I hope for my next visit to Varna to be able to stay longer and enjoy the place. I definitely recommend it!

Had a good stay, the accommodation was an ideal combination for my requirements. I needed something close to the centre (10 - 15 min walk), for an extended stay (half holiday, half work), at short notice, with good Internet. Also, as I stayed a few weeks Tatyana was kind enough to offer to arrange the washing of some clothes, thanks indeed.

The apartment is at the very heart of the town, everything is at a walkable reach - beach, restaurants, clubs, parks. Also being in the city centre (but in a quiet street), there were many shops and services around. The apartment itself is quite spacious and with air conditioning (which is needed especially during the night ). The only disadvantage is that the whole area was under construction so difficult to walk around on the pavement however hopefully this will soon be over.

One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in while in Varna. Absolutely worth the price and, in my opinion, ideal in terms of value for money. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, with everything you need close by. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and rest for a small family. In reality, it looks even better than in the photos. Next time, I will definitely try to rent this apartment again.

super for big groups! many rooms and bathrooms and also easy to park! very try close to the beach it was very easy to communicate with the host.

We enjoyed the whole stay very much, the two brothers are very nice and helpful, I can only recommend it.
