Holiday rentals with a patio in Varna Municipality

This is the second time we go to Pika and we don't want to change the accommodation when we go to the sea in Bulgaria. Cleanliness, tranquility, greenery, pool and last but not least the overall area is quiet and not so crowded on Cabacum beach, like on other beaches from reputable resorts. Clean beach and extraordinarily clean water!

I had a very nice stay.. the studio had everything you need and was very clean and tidy!

A quiet, clean and cozy ground floor apartment. Very close to a big (free of charge) parking lot, pharmacy, public transportation and small groceries stores. Fast internet and furniture were very useful for remote work.

Loved all the porches it was the perfect Airbnb.

Nice place to stay during vacations

We had a wonderful stay, as usual everything was great, amenities, baby crib, the pool and the view were top! We always come back here and we wholeheartedly recommend this apartment, as it is very clean, easy communication with the host, very close to the beach and to the Aquahouse!

As described - good value for the price and close to the beach

The home has amazing views of the sea. It is also very well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Romiana always responded quickly to my messages, and both she and her partner were very responsive to resolve any issues. The only thing is that the accommodation is accessed by stairs (which is mentioned in the listing), not very comfortable in case of having small children with a cart.

Great place to stay! Quiet and quiet area perfect for family with kids! The house was very pleasant and clean! Had everything you need for a good stay. Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to the center. The apartment is in a very convenient location. I rented the apartment for my friends and they liked everything. The apartment is very quiet and a very suitable place to stay with a baby. The owner of the apartment is friendly and very responsive.

Maria is a great host, very helpful and responsive. The place is great, the house was huge with a lot of space, especially in the living room on the first floor. The yard was also nice with a good pool in it. There was enough space for the cars inside as well.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at La Mer residence. The apartment was nice and we had the sea right below our feet, as well as a lovely swimming pool and a restaurant facing the sea. The beach in front of the residence is great and it has rocks a few meters away from the shore, so waves and streams are not strong, which is safer especially for kids. The place is not far from Varna city centre and if youdon't have a car, you can easily get ataxi or even a bus. The great resort Sv. Konstantin and Sv. Elena is very near too, as well as beaches of Albena and Sunny Beach. NEar the residence, you will find lots of small shops and restaurants with very attractive menus and prices. Anywhere you go, you will feel safe, inside the residence and in the surroundings. This placeis really great to enjoy and discover this part of Bulgaria. We might come back with friends and family some day!

The place is quiet and peaceful! My stay was very enjoyable. Themostimportant thing for me was the ability to find a parking space, and while an evening time is moredifficult, I have found a parking space for no more than 2-3 minutes of time.

A great spacious 1 bed flat in the heart of Varna, a little noisy at night if you are sensitive to noise, but otherwise perfect for a city break

Our stay in Detelina’s place was excellent! The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning, the location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.
