Holiday rentals with a patio in Varsity Lakes

We had a nice 2 night stay at Natalie's apartment in Burleigh Heads. the place was very clean and spacious. The only downside (totally out of Natalie's control) was the works on the main road out the front of the apartment and the bright lights from the building across the park (an eye mask would help with that). Natalie had fantastic communication and very friendly to communicate with. Nice and close to 3 breweries, a distillery and Coles and Aldi just 450m walk down the road. We would highly recommend staying at this accommodation.

Our stay was amazing! The room was super clean and the view was spectacular. Tracy is a great host, she was responsive and super helpful throughout our whole stay, highly recommend!

this apartment will be my future go to apartment for the broadbeach / surfers area. It is spacious and comfortable and fitted out with high end appliances. Perfect location and great ocean views. Jordan was easy to communicate with and made our stay super easy. I highly recommend staying at this property!!

Taree is a great host, she was always responsive and provided great support with every little detail making our stay a great experience. The place is pristine, greatly located, nice views and excellent cafes/ restaurants a few meters away, for sure one of those destinations that we look forward returning and recommending. Aaron’s condo was the perfect start to our two-week adventure in Australia. The check-in and check-out process was seamless thanks to the clear and timely information he provided. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from morning coffee and sunrise walks on the beach. The view from the condo was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend!

What a gem this place is - best views in the house. We had a wonderful stay over the Easter Long weekend and love everything about it. Close to restaurants, beach, creek, walking trails. We had an incredible stay at Waterfall Drive, Wongawallan. The property is an absolute haven — tucked away in the scenic Gold Coast hinterland, yet still close enough to shops and coastal attractions. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed to make the most of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up each morning to the sounds of nature and expansive views of the rolling hills was a true highlight. The outdoor areas are stunning, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or wine, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it feel like your own private retreat. Inside, the layout is both functional and luxurious — ideal for families or couples looking for space, comfort, and privacy. The kitchen was well-equiped.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Matts place. The property was just as Matt described it. We had our 8 month old grandson with us and we had use of a travel cot and high chair which was perfect. If you are ever looking for somewhere to stay on the Gold Coast be sure to book this place.

We had a great weekend away at Mel’s place! It was really spacious and the pool area was beautiful. Interiors were stunning as well. The only feedback I’d have was that the kitchen wasn’t overly well stocked - not a lot of glassware, no cocktail shaker etc. and there were no condiments (other than salt, pepper and olive oil). Other than that we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again!

Such a beautiful house in the perfect location. We had a group of 8 but as the house was so spacious we weren’t on top of each other. The backyard was great, my son had lots of space to crawl and play in the grass. Jennie was really fast on her responses. Very clear instructions on how to get into house. Would 100% book again!

We loved our stay at Lisa's for a girls weekend. It was the perfect location being so close to many beautiful bars and restaurants, and still in a nice quiet cul de sac. The house was perfect with plenty of space to gather, and the heated pool and spa were awesome. Lisa was a great host and very accommodating for our groups additional requests.

Sam was very helpful and gave clear and easy instructions for our stay. We really enjoyed the beautiful views at the accomodation and the amazing hikes, lookouts and trails that were a short drive from the accomodation. The kitchen was really well stocked and equipped which made it feel like a home away from home. We loved the fireplace in the house and the fire pit at the top. The woodshed had heaps of supplies making it easy to keep the warm fires going on those cold winter nights.

We honestly do not know where to start. This place is perfection. Emma & Tim have created the most perfect accommodation you could possibly dream of. A perfect home tucked away in a quiet street, a short drive from all the local attractions/restaurants. With a beautiful bush outlook off the balcony, a heated spa and fireplace on the deck, you could quite possibly never leave. We spent an afternoon doing 'paint n sip' on the balcony and it was bliss. The accommodation is stunning with everything you need. It became a running joke when looking for something we needed in the cupboards, to find it and say "Of course Emma has that here for us". Poor Tim got no credit! We stayed for a week and did not want to leave. The house was immaculately clean and literally had everything we needed. There was even fresh bread and wine waiting for us! A huge bonus was that the home is dog friendly. I could write about this place for days. It was literally the BEST! Thankyou Emma & Tim xxx

We had a great two night stay here. Great location, big secure backyard for the dogs and the beach and local bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

Brads place was lovely with gorgeous ocean views. It was easy walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. The bed was so comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. We would definitely stay again!

Sharryn’s place was just beautiful. Great location and such a beautiful well set up apartment. Sharryn was a wonderful host, she met us at the complex and took us to the apartment and showed us the ins and outs. Great stay!

Julie was extremely helpful and made the whole experience extremely easy and stress free I don’t want to give a good review as everyone else will want to stay here and I want to keep this place just for me and my family If I could give them 6 stars I would Will be back

An all around perfect stay with the best views (and rainbow lorikeet watching), walkability, and overall comfort! Truly lived like locals for a month long stay and the apartment was well-equipped and felt like home. We will be back!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Di and Nick’s place was perfect. Beautiful views and spotlessly clean. So easy to get to and from the airport by bus. Easy walk to restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.
