With less than 3 minutes walking distance to the swimming area, shop and public transport, and 10min walking distance to the city center you have everything you need just around the corner. Including short distance to the fjord, and sauna through Damp AS. The apartment has a kitchen with, among other things, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and airfryer, bathroom with washing machine, bedroom with loft and 2 double beds, and living room with TV, chromecast and sofa space for 4 people. Dog allowed by appointment. The apartment is re-furnished after photoshoot.

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven++ NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Spacious and bright 1-bed apartment just steps from the fjord and a local beach. Close to Stavanger with supermarket and bus stop round the corner. Private entrance, dedicated off-street parking and outdoor seating in the garden. Full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating, fast WiFi. King-size bed plus sofa bed in the living room. Family amenities available. No pets or smoking. Available for short or long stays. Perfect for work trips or coastal getaways!

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.
