Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Västmanland County

Both hosts - the couple Jannica&Henrik - were very friendly and helpful, responded very quickly and solution-oriented to questions, also gave great tips for things to do, and also generously provided their private canoe. What we really appreciated was the communication with both - we felt welcome at all times and quickly realized that we definitely want to come back. THANKS again for the cake baking form:-)! The house was very nice & practically furnished; we especially liked the great furnished kitchen, which included everything you need if there should not only be noodles with sauce. Overall, we liked the beautiful and practical furniture; a highlight was the hot tub and sauna, which we enjoyed using! The terrace at the house was ALWAYS our dining area - too nice! The children were able to hop directly on the trampoline afterwards... we really enjoyed the time!

We had three great days with adult children and grandchildren. The house was perfect for 8 adults and 4 kids ages 9-13. There was room for anyone to pull away or be active. We loved being able to play table tennis and billiards. The house is very nicely decorated with fun nice touches…

Cottage perfectly as described! Located in a very quiet and soothing location. Great for group stays Katarina always responded very quickly to our requests despite the language barrier. We recommend!

We were 6 girls spending the most cozy and fun weekend in this beautiful house. Cozy atmosphere in the house and so great for wine and dining with friends, ending the evenings with dancing to the awesome record collection! Lianne and Maarten were super helpful when we had questions and we would definitely book this again for a weekend getaway. 🤩 /Anna

Kent is exceptionally helpful house owner. He responds to messages in a moment. Ready to fullfill guests needs. We hope to be back next time we need to stay in the area of Avesta. The access to the house is flexible and the house itseld huge and comfotable. Nice surroundings. All just good !

We had a fantastic time in a beautiful house with a fantastic location in the middle of great scenery and incredibly beautiful views of Lake Mälaren - a little paradise! The groundwater takes a little getting used to in the beginning because of its iron taste but is not a problem at all for cooking etc. Axel was always easy to reach and provided us with helpful information with questions. Since we had traveled by plane, we especially loved that Axel offered us directly to be allowed to use everything we find in the kitchen such as spices, coffee, tea, etc. or even provided it before! Therefore, thank you again for the wonderful time in Ekbacka Vista - we would love to come back right away! 👍🏻👍🏻😄

Rebekka communicated very kindly. She had picked fresh flowers that stood in a vase on the table when we arrived. It felt thoughtful and welcoming. The lawn was freshly cut. Everything felt well prepared. Drinking water was in full cans. She wrote a long letter with clear instructions. We had to burn in the fireplace and Rebekka offered wood, which was generous. An amazing host. Couldn't get any better.

Incredibly nice, so clean and fresh. Brand new. Great that bed linen and towels were included. Nice lady who showed us around and welcomed us. The other hosts were also nice and easy to get in touch with. Responded immediately to messages. I recommend this, it's so good!🥰

We loved the cabin on the lake. We soon felt at home, with an incredible view over the lake and a very welcoming atmosphere. It makes you want to live there forever.

We had a wonderful stay at Simon’s charming “sommarstuga”. It was the perfect base for visiting family in the area. The spacious garden was a highlight — ideal for relaxing, enjoying “fika”, and having barbecues while listening to birdsong. The house itself is cozy and full of character. While not large, it’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including a big, comfortable bed. We’d gladly return for another peaceful visit next time we are in the area.
