From the balcony, you have a view over fields and pastures with grazing animals. With proximity to several lakes and an outdoor pool, the cottage is perfect for those who want to enjoy a nice holiday in the countryside.

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

Welcome to our guesthouse The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historical environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with terrain tracks for hiking, running or MTB bike outside the door. In addition to us, a dog and two cats live on the farm. In summer there is a trampoline, board games in the garden as well as a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
