Ses deux terrasses ensoleillées sont équipées de salons de jardin et d'un barbecue. Coté Ouest, sa petite piscine est entourée de terrasses en teck. Le cabanon est composé de 2 pièces : un salon avec cuisine au rez de chaussée, et une chambre avec salle de bain au 1er étage.
