Idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Un lieu sobre et épuré, ouvert sur l'extérieur. La colline est à deux pas. A une cinquantaine de mètres de la maison devant laquelle vous passerez pour y accéder. Les toilettes sèches sont dans la salle de bain extérieure. En été : une climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. En hiver : chauffage bain d'huile. Pas de cuisine mais un mini frigo, une bouilloire, couverts, théière, cafetière, saladier, etc.

Ce lieu est entretenu avec beaucoup de respect pour le vivant, vous pourrez y voir des écureuils, entendre une multitude d'oiseaux, grimper aux arbres, de l'eau de source coule au robinet, un poêle à bois pour l'hiver dans la yourte, la roulotte est aussi chauffée.
