The room is in my apartment on the 1st floor without elevator in an old barn in the countryside. I am a smoker. There are 2 cats that do not go outside and their litter boxes. Lausanne is 10 min by car, Vevey 20 min, Montreux 30 min (bus stop 20 min walk). The bedroom is closed by a door with a key. The bedroom curtains are not blackout and there are no shutters. Television in the bedroom works with Chromecast. Free WiFi. Shared bathroom and kitchen.
