Nice apartment, 50m2 + garden 30m2. View on the lake and mountains. Shared warmed swimming pool from the 1st of May till mid september. A double bed, an extra bed (materass on the floor). The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)

The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking spot. In Villeneuve, the docks, the beach and the nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. In the direction of Montreux, the famous Château de Chillon is worth a visit. Pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz festival takes place every year in early July.
